▶︎ No party or event. No celebrating parties. This is a family oriented home
▶︎ Keep all trash in the trash bag and place them in the bear metal box. Do not leave trash outside of the bear box or front porch. Trash collection day is THURSDAY. Please bring all trash by Wednesday night.
▶︎ Any sort of fired is not allowed on the property.
▶︎ Hot Tub use only between 8am and 10pm
▶︎ No more than three cars parking at any time. No on-street parking
▶︎ Outdoor security surveillance cameras are around house perimeter and home entrance.
▶︎ Noise aware sensors may be installed inside and on the deck to monitor noise levels. Noise should be kept to reasonable level. We live in quiet neighborhood so please respect neighbors. No loud music after 10pm per city ordinance.
▶︎This is family-oriented home and no parties or events allowed. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature and responsible. If you are trying to bring many people and planning for a party, this home is not for you. We provide warm, clean and tastefully decorated home for those who enjoy their travel experiences and family vacations. Please treat it as your own.
▶︎ Guests agree to comply with Eldorado County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance. Failing to do so may result in fines and even eviction.
▶︎ Keep front door and windows are shut upon departure. It is not uncommon for animals to enter an unlocked door and guests may be liable for any damage due to not following this policy.
▶︎ Covid 19: We increased surface cleaning and disinfecting protocol. Surfaces and highly touched areas are cleaned and disinfected.
▶︎ Please replace Hot Tub cover and need to be strapped and locked after each use. It is requirement by El Dorado County.

GREAT VACATION HOME

we stayed for a week of family vacation , Everyone loved the property! A great sectional couch and open floor plan gave us a great space to enjoy our family time! The kitchen has everything you need to cook and more, we enjoyed the hot tub. A very clean house We would love to come back and have shared our positive experience with friends.

Fun snow adventures!

We came to play in the snow with another family and had a great time! The game room is awesome, the kids entertained themselves downstairs allowing grown ups some time together upstairs in the big kitchen/living room area. The location was close to ski resorts and grocery stores, the area around the house itself was good for snowball fights, snow person building, etc. Not good for sledding, the slope is very steep, so we drove five minutes to a great tubing hill. Gorgeous forest views!

I live on the west coast with my spouse and two daughters and we all love to travel and explore new areas. We have created so many precious family memories through our adventures that we decided we would like to share other families be able to do the same.

After purchasing a second home in South Lake Tahoe, we wanted to share the home and experience with other guests and turned it into a vacation rental. We love its beautiful mountains, many skiing opportunities, the stunning lake, and all the nearby casinos. This is our go-to for vacation twice a year and we treasure our time there with family.
We have built the business by caring for our guests and personally selected the new vacation homes that we manage and tastefully decorated. We now own a second and third vacation homes in Gatlinburg, TN. We have found this area in the Smoky Mountains to be so beautiful, with almost endless activities. It’s perfect for both kids and kids-at-heart. We have also been happy to understand the meaning of “Southern Hospitality”, as we have met so many warm and welcoming folks in our journeys.

We are so excited to share these properties with our guests and hope you create the same unforgettable travel experiences for your families!
