This bright and airy two-bed/two-and-a-half-bath condo is tucked right between the bay and the beach! Located in Santa Maria Condominiums, fantastic community amenities include a sparkling heated pool, a hot tub, and grilling areas. Just 200 feet from beach access, this home offers an easy trip to the sand and surf. Relax on-site, Estero Boulevard and explore all the island has to offer! After a day of adventure, return to your serene living space, with an enclosed private balcony, coastal chic decor, and a gleaming kitchen with brand-new countertops and cabinetry. This condo is an ideal Estero Island beach retreat!

Unwind in the living area, complete with a couch, love seat, and desk area. A flatscreen TV with an extended cable package offering +200 channels awaits for at-home movie nights. Release your inner chef in the gleaming kitchen, where brand-new countertops and a full suite of appliances await. While dinner simmers, two can perch at the breakfast bar. When meals are ready, the dining table seats four.

Sip morning coffee on the enclosed private balcony, complete with a table seating for four. Community amenities include an 8’-deep heated pool (open year-round), a hot tub, and grilling areas - all within steps of your front door. The canal on the other side of the property is ideal for fishing or watching manatees go by.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location - just a short walk to the beach, the farmers market on Tuesdays and Thursdays, a coffee shop, and a very nice Italian restaurant. The house was very clean and when I reached out to the host they responded immediately.

Great proximity to Fort Myers Beach

The proximity to Fort Myers Beach is the benefit of this unit. There is a slight walk to get to the public walkway, but once you figure it out, there is great beach access. The unit is clean and comfortable with great amenities to prepare your own meals. Publix is about 2 miles from the unit. Once you are on the island, it is several miles south to get to the unit, though. The pool at this facility is fantastic. Our kids were in in several times a day overall a decent place for the price we paid.

Great stay! Love FMB

We had a great stay. Clean condo. Great space. Had to message where beach access was but they responded within minutes! Only complaint was we wished the TVs were smart TV devices so we could sign in or cast a movie at night as we were winding down. FMB and the area around it are my absolute favorite. They’re still rebuilding but the people are so nice and accommodating. Many restaurants are open with great food and more options coming back soon! I can’t wait to revisit!

Two story unit. Newer kitchen and half bath downstairs. Upstairs 2 very small bathrooms could use upgrading. Would consider returning except price went up 50% for next year.

Girls Trip

The condo was exactly what we were expecting and everything we needed. Pool area was wonderful and the beach just a short walk away. We did struggle getting transportation but seems like that may be the case for the whole island. The Santini Plaza had delicious restaurants and was nice and easy to get to.

The people at Vacasa Custimer service were phenom!!! Unit was comfortable and clean. Beach at this end of island still has a lot of hurricane debris; short walk to cleaner sands/water.

Very Happy

We were very happy with the accomodations. They were neat and clean. The swimming pool and hottub were refreshing. The Fort Myers area in general still has a long way to go for complete recovery from Hurricane Ian.

This was a very nice condo across the road from the beach. We loved the close access and beautiful beach. The only downside was bikes and fishing poles were pictured and not available. The owner did contact me the day after arrival and indicate the listing should have been removed and offered to pay for bike rental.

Nice pool & hot tub. Hot tub jets weren't working, so I told the maintenence guy. They were working later that day. Close to several restaurants within walking distance. Beach was narrow across the street but wider if you went further to the south.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and updated. The master bedroom had a small bed, either a double or a small queen. We would have been a lot more comfortable in a long sized bed. Please invest in a king sized bed for future guests.

DO NOT STAY HERE

So many safety issues I’m not sure where to start. The check in process was horrible. They gave me a code that didn’t work. We were outside for hours in the heat trying to get in. I told them we have a disable person and would need a new unit if we couldn’t get in soon due to the heat. The elevator code didn’t work either. We finally have number ours calls and texts got the cleaning’s lady code finally. I was told elevator wasn’t “ there problem because it was listed as an accessory”. We it was.. that’s why we booked. Disable people need access too. The people who responded to our repeated requests should be ashamed of themselves and those responses

Not Safe don’t no stay here

Wish I read the review in April 2025. I had booked before that. Safety issues with getting in the unit and the not working elevator. They gave me the wrong code. We sat outside for hours in the heat with a disable person waiting for a call back. I finally told them we need to take medication and we’re stuck because the door code didn’t work. Mind you we are with a disabled person and no access to a working elevator. Finally we got the cleaning lady’s code. I was told sorry the elevator doesn’t work “ it’s not our problem”. They listed it as a service. Imagine booking a place due to disability issues and then not having proper access. They all should be ashamed of themselves and their policies. Days upon days of requesting help. We checked on Sunday and Tuesday they called us back with a new door code. We had already been there for days. DO NOT STAY here
