Luxury Water Front Home with a Private (Heated) Pool & Swim-up Bar!

Come stay in this luxury water front home with private (heated) pool (additional fees required to heat pool), swim-up bar and water front views! Sleeps 14 easily with 5 Kings, 2 Twins and 1 Sleeper Sofa. This European styled home has all the bells and whistles! The views from the living room and kitchen are simply amazing with ceiling to floor windows.

The kitchen is a chef's dream! With a Cafe' professional stove and large island there is plenty of room to make everyone's favorite meals. Everything in this home is top of the line and you don't want to miss it.

On the main floor there are two bedrooms with king beds. They share a bathroom that has a stand alone shower. Up the stairs on the next level you'll find a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, microwave and table with 2 chairs. There are three more bedrooms with king beds in each and another bedroom with twins. One of these bedrooms is considered the master with views of gorgeous bay water and large bathroom with tub and stand alone shower. This bedroom also offers balcony access. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's. (The boat slip at the end of the pier is not available for guest use)

It was a pleasant stay. We used the hot tub and fire pit. Beautiful view of the bay. Beds comfy. We had a few hiccups with the elevator. It was fixed once but not for long so we gave up on it. Also the stove top had a few issues with the knobs but overall a nice stay

Beautiful home, beautifully decorated, great location. Grandkids enjoyed the paddle boards. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. 3 knobs missing on stove but we were able to cook with the remaining 3 burners. The elevator worked for a few trips day of arrival to send up our luggage and food supplies but then quit. We opted to just use the stairs to avoid having techs come during our stay. We did have to call property management to have the jets turned on for the hot tub anytime we wanted them to run. It would be great if that ability was provided to the renter to turn on without having to contact them. Everyone we spoke to at Paradise Hones was very friendly. The fire pit was great. Short walk to the beach and having the dock was a plus. We had a great time and would highly recommend this beautiful home.

House is amazing!!

As beautiful as the pictures and everything is clean and in excellent condition. The pool was great and we loved being right on the water. If you ask to pay to have the pool heated, know it will take 24 hours to warm up. Wish we had known, we would have paid the extra day to have it warmed up when we got there. We lost a day of using it. The house will not disappoint.

House has geo thermal ac which I was unaware-very hot for most of the stay. So hot that using the kitchen for meal prep not a good idea. I would not revisit for this reason...repairmen came but said it was the system nothing could be done. So unless you like 14 people sweating and uncomfortable do not book this property.

Beautiful and clean interior with incredible views of the bay. Plenty of room for a multiple family stay with plenty to do in the Pensacola area. One note worth mentioning. The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time so you will likely have one or the other a bit cold/luke warm. The hot tub seems to heat and fill the pool but then gets a little cold right after until the next heating cycle kicks in. Overall, a fantastic property and the property management company (and property manager) were very attentive to our requests. I definitely recommend staying at this property for a nice vacation stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and Property were great the entire family enjoyed it. The only issue was the ducks (7) that invaded and defecated n the pool constantly and there was no equipment to clean nor were we confident that there were the proper chemicals in the pool water to combat this issue in the week we were there no one came by to do any service? We paid additional for the heat in both the hot tub and pool but there were no instructions as to how the heat operated and what and when jets came on etc. Sometimes it was hot other times cool same for the pool.Other than that, everything was great.

We are so sorry to hear about the ducks. We can certainly understand how that would be unpleseant. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the home to address the duck situation and talk with you about the pool/hot tub heating as well. Our pools and hot tubs are constantly being cleaned and sanitized and we have a professional pool company come out to ensure that the chemicals in the pools and hot tubs are balanced at all times. Regarding the heating of the pool and hot tub, most of our guests who purchase those do not want them on all the time and they call us to request when they want them to be turned on. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the house to turn those on for you. But it's also not something that can stay on constantly. It's extremely expensive and can be damaging to the systems to keep them on for too long. Nonetheless, we would have talked to you about all of this. We're so glad you told us about this though. It's an opportunity for us to potentially change how we handle that going forward. And we would have shown you where the pool cleaning suppies are located but our hopes are that our guests never have to use those. We're so sad to hear that you dealt with these things during your stay when one phone call to us would have remedied every situation. We certainly hope these things will not keep you from choosing to stay with us in the future. We want to address any of your concerns at any time while you're staying with us. This home is exquisitely done. It’s really a stunningly gorgeous property. Antique doors, Really fun bedding in each room that is different. It’s not your standard white sheets… Whoever owns this home did not spare any expense. Pool is so fun with a tiled image of a mermaid holding onto a turtle. Beware though after May 1 they do not heat the pool. While we were there it was not warm enough to swim in. Brrrrrr. The little kids had a great time on an area that is only 3 inches deep though. There is a full kitchen outside by the pool but the gas was not connected to it. We could not resolve it before our time was up. Make sure you buy some extra TP, paper towels, garbage bags, and detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer. All in all fabulous
