Fabulous shopping and exquisite spas at the Fairmount Orchid Hotel and Mauni Lani Resort are nearby.
Here are a few suggestions of activities for your upcoming holiday: take a daytrip to the North East end of the island to the end of the road to Pololu Valley Lookout & hike down to the black sand beach; drive into Kona and enjoy the great ocean view while you have lunch at the old Kona Inn Hotel restaurant; venture out to the Fairmount Orchid Hotel for dinner on the beach restaurant and enjoy seeing some whales or turtles in their protected area; trips to one of the finest beaches on the island, Hapuna Beach, will have you enjoying the endless white sand and crystal clear water while you swim, boogie board, snorkel, or just simply lie in the sun (highly recommended that you try the deliciously refreshing pina coladas at their refreshment stand); an afternoon at the Hilton Waikoloa property can be filled by enjoying a boat ride around the property or swimming with the dolphins.

- Refundable Damage Deposit $500
- Cleaning fee $225 + tax
- Tax Rate 13.416%
A refund is given only if we are able to re-rent the home for the period that has been cancelled at the same rate
and duration. If the home cannot be re-rented, then NO refunds. If it is re-rented, all monies paid will be refunded
less one night stay and any differentials in the rents received if concessions are given to secure a replacement
rental. Nights not booked by a replacement guest for your reserved dates will be subject to a per night cost and
be deducted from your refund. Should we rebook your reservation complete, your full total amount received along
with your damage/reservation deposit will be refunded to you, minus a one night’s stay. Your cancellation request must come in the form of a call and confirmed within an email for your refund balance to be issued. The Owner
reserves the right to verify funds prior to refund. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
-50% payable at time of reservation and acceptance of contract by both parties;
-$500 refundable reservation/damage deposit payable at time of acceptance;
-balance due and payable 60 days prior to arrival. If within 60 days, full balance due upon acceptance of contract by both parties.
