We love Hawaii and have been to the islands many times. This island is unique & diverse in itself and offers something for everyone. It's also not as crowded or commercialized as some of the other islands.

What makes this townhome unique

The best location in the complex - right by the main gate into the common area with the 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, exercise room and covered BBQ party area.

Great for families!

Perfect location, enough space for everyone and fully stocked kitchen, beach items and most importantly for me, towels. Owners didn't skimp on the little things and it really shows. The only down side, which has nothing to do with the condo, the community pool isn't heated and our kids wouldn't swim.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the comments which I really appreciate as it shows seriousness of the writer who took the time out to write. There are 2 swimming pools which are maintained by the Owners' Association. The pools have never been heated as the Hawaiian Sun supposed to give enough heat to warm the swimming pool water. Any way, I do agree with the comments of our guest.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed in this unit for 17 days. It exceeded all our expectations. It was comfortable for the 6 of us to sleep and we especially liked sitting at the big table on the lanai for our meals. The unit has a great floor plan for families as the kitchen/family room are open but staggered so all can be in the same room but have space as well. It truly is the best location in the complex as just outside the unit is the gate to the pool area. The pool area was incredible - you couldn't ask for more. We spent mornings at local beaches and afternoons by the pool. The local market and stores are a 5 minute walk which was nice. All arrangements with the owner and concierge went smoothly. We would go to the same place and stay in the same unit, should we have the privilege of going back to Hawaii next year!

Refundable damage deposit $390.26
Cleaning fee $273.18 + Tax
Tax Rate 13.42%

A refund is given only if we are able to re-rent the home for the period that has been cancelled at the same rate
and duration. If the home cannot be re-rented, then NO refunds. If it is re-rented, all monies paid will be refunded
less one night stay and any differentials in the rents received if concessions are given to secure a replacement
rental. Nights not booked by a replacement guest for your reserved dates will be subject to a per night cost and
be deducted from your refund. Should we rebook your reservation complete, your full total amount received along
with your damage/reservation deposit will be refunded to you, minus a one night’s stay. Your cancellation request must come in the form of a call and confirmed within an email for your refund balance to be issued. The Owner
reserves the right to verify funds prior to refund. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
