The space

Perfect location!

— One block from a beautiful beach trail (5 min walk from house to beach)
— 1/2 a block to the river for beautiful views, trail to estuary for bird watching, kayaking, canoeing, etc
— Promenade is just 3.5 blocks south
— Downtown is just a 15 min walk or quick bike ride

North Seaside has the best of it all, easy access to the action when you want it, but located on the quieter end of town to enjoy the solitude and peace when you want to feel away from it all. We often get the sand to ourselves up here, great for beach combing! In the summer the Seaside Trolley stops on 12th street (just 3 blocks away) and will take you all the way downtown and even further through Seaside if you'd like!

With a lot of space for spreading out - our home features two separate living areas on the main floor. Walk right into the first living space and be welcomed with bright, modern decor and the floor to ceiling stunning rock chimney gas fireplace. The second living space is large with tons of open space and pouring with natural light (so many windows!) Sink into the top grain leather couch and turn on the other gas fireplace while watching a show on the large smart TV with a Roku Ultra for streaming ( along with DVD/VCR).

3 total bedrooms - each have closets and dressers to fully unpack and get comfortable during your stay

*Two bedrooms downstairs, one with queen bed, another with two full size beds. All with comfortable mattresses and plush bedding

*Master bedroom is upstairs with a Queen bed, luxurious bedding and mattress as well as skylights for star gazing.

*Spacious bonus loft area equipped with a Queen daybed and a full size bed in the trundle. In the loft we have another TV w video games and other games and books for both kids and adults!

We have tons of windows and a few skylights throughout the home for lots of light and opportunities to feel the ocean breeze and hear the birds sing.

Kitchen has plenty of counter and cupboard space as well as three different eating areas (two dining tables that each seat four and a counter with 4 bar stools). We are well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home in the kitchen including but not limited to a blender, crock pot, mixer, spice rack, baking sheets/pans/utensils galore including all kids utensils and dinner ware. We also have a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker and a 12 cup brewer.

The backyard deck is a great place to hang out and relax with a large outdoor eating and lounge area, gas grill, gas fire table, a shaded patio swing, and a cornhole toss game!

We pride ourselves in being very family friendly with most items you’ll need for the littles including a pack n play, high chair, booster, kids utensils, a baby gate and toys. We also have beach toys, beach towels, chairs as well as a wagon and beach cart to wheel stuff to the sand for the perfect beach day. We have a washer/dryer and lots of extra towels and linens.

So many activities are literally steps away!! Hiking, biking, whale watching, kayaking, crabbing, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding and shopping are just some of the adventures that await you. The outlet mall is less than a mile away. We have plenty of recommendations to send your way!

There are 3 crab pots that can be used for crabbing on the 12th street bridge located just a few blocks away (don't forget your license - you can get it at a few different places locally). Kayaks and bikes can be rented just a few blocks South on 12th street, and we like to keep a few bikes in our garage for your riding pleasure.

For times spent indoors we have loads of board games for all ages, puzzles, wii video game console and all the streaming options with Roku Ultra on the large flat screen TV as well as DVD and VCR options. We have a Netflix subscription for the house, but bring your login for other apps.

Other things to note:
Please remember no street parking at any time - our one car garage fits sedans or small SUVs and the driveway can fit two cars/trucks/suv's (no more than 3 cars please).
Please be respectful to neighbors and no loud noises after 10pm.

STRICT NO PET/ANIMAL POLICY, NO exceptions. No smoking in house or on premises and no parties. There will be a charge for additional guests that are not accounted for at reservation or discussed with the host.

Video surveillance: We have a ring camera at the exterior front of the house. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, any suspicious activity on our property, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed. The camera monitors only the exterior front and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
