About this property

Spacious cabin with guest house between Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Granby. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, which can take you into Estes Park in the summertime. Stillwater trailhead less than 3 miles away for endless snowmobile and ATV riding. Access to all the lakes for fishing, boating, and water skiing is at your fingertips. Walk to the Roadhouse Bar and Grill, or make the short 5 mile drive to the town of Grand Lake for dining out. Open concept kitchen/dining/family room with gas stove fireplace. Cabin has new furniture, new carpet, and high speed Internet to make for a comfortable, cozy stay. Large mud room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with laundry in main house. Separate guest quarters with outside entry to additional 3 bedrooms; 2 with a shared bathroom and 1 with separate outside entry. This 2100 square foot cabin has 8 beds, with additional full size sofa sleeper in family room and a single futon in main bedroom. Enjoy evenings on the patio grilling out and then relaxing in front of the fire pit. Please note: if you do not use the guest house, we will refund you the cleaning fee.

Cozy Getaway

The property is super cozy and slept all nine of us comfortably. Very well stocked and the hosts are very responsive. The listing photos honestly don't do this place justice. We absolutely would book again.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay! The house was clean and had all the amenities one would need. Close to Grand Lake and Granby so it was easy to find lots of things to do! The fire pit was a fun place for all of us to gather in the evenings and hang out. Would definitely come back again!

A great family stay

This place was perfect for four couples and four littles. We get together every year and all decided this was the best trip ever. Scott and Joni were so wonderful as hosts. They made the stay so easy and answered questions very fast. We recommend this stay to anyone. Very quiet place to relax but close to all the nearby attractions.

2023 Family get away
