Newly redecorated with views overlooking Four O'Clock Run. This unit is roomy with 1800 square feet with three bedrooms plus a loft. Sleeping accomodations include 2 kings, 1 double, and 4 twins. Ski-in on Four O'clock Run right to the condo. Ski-out from the Snowflake lift. Great views of mountain and ski slope. Nice open floor plan with a wood burning fireplace in the living area. Two hot tubs and indoor/ outdoor pool with changing rooms on the grounds.

Sledding on four O'Clock Run provides great fun for the kids after the slopes close in the afternoon.

Located next to the lift provides easy access for skiing and just two blocks from Main Street shops and restaurants this a perfect location for enjoying Breckenridge without getting in the car.

In addition to skiing other winter activities include sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating and tubing.

Summer also offers beautiful weather with many activities. Enjoy the mountain views while mountain biking, hiking, golfing whitewater rafting, or trout fishing.

Spacious, perfect location

Our overall experience was better than expected. This was our first VRBO experience - we normally stay in the chain hotels in the area but wanted to experience this with another family. We had a total of 10 in our party and the sleeping arrangement worked out quite well. The $200 cleaning fee is a bit steep especially considering the windows could use a cleaning and there were 3 small things which needed repair (curtain rod, shower door, shower handle). The spiral staircase is cool, but could be dangerous for small children or older adults. Despite these things, the place is perfectly located up 4 o'clock road with easy access directly to the main drag in Breckenridge. The large round table made for fun game nights with the larger group.

Good location with some drawbacks

Good location for ski in. Ski out and you can walk down to Main Street. Bad parking and no hot tub on property. You have to drive over a block to the hot tub.

Awesome location with plenty of space

Overall this condo was everything we had expected. Ski-in and a short walk to the lift. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The condo is also a short walk to Main St where all the shops are. The only issue we encountered was the fireplace was out of order, which would have been nice after a long day of skiing. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, great getaway!

We rented this condo at the last minute for a company retreat and had a fantastic time! The property was very well equipped with everything we need, it was clean, neat and tidy. With three couples and 2 singles the sleeping accommodations worked perfectly and were extremely comfortable. The short walk (50 yds) to the lift in the morning was very easy, with a ticket office located right at the lift so no need to go anywhere to get tickets. Skiing directly to the condo with no need to find transportation at the end of the day was awesome! Everyone we dealt with during the process was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with and met all of our needs in a timely and efficient manner. We really look forward to our next trip to Breck and will definitely being using this property again in the future. Cheers!
