Great stay in a beautiful cabin overlooking the lakes and mountains in the background. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a great Mountain View. Very nice covered patio where we enjoyed bird watching while having coffee in the mornings. Great stay!!
Perfect base camp for Leadville Marathon. Have been coming to Twin Lakes since 2008 and the cabin was one of the best we have stayed in. Thanks for an easy stay!

Great to hear Steve! We are so happy to make it to the top of your list- please come stay with us again!
Beautiful, comfortable and well appointed property! We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces that allowed for enjoying the view of the lake and mountains.
We had a fantastic time! The host is very helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have. We fished, (rented gear from a place in Twin Lakes), and hiked. We also enjoyed the hot tube, along with the peaceful, beautiful view. We visited Leadville and Buena Vista since they are a short drive. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was gorgeous, the view amazing, and the location absolutely perfect as a starting point for exploring Colorado high country and Independence pass. Our family had a blast and we were sad to leave!

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay- thank you for the review and we look forward to hosting you again!
We had such an incredible time at the cabin! The views were absolutely stunning, and we were able to take them in from the hot tub. Daniel was quick to help us out with anything we needed during our stay. We are already looking into a return trip!
Our family of 5 adults especially enjoyed the hot tub, and all the great spots outside to enjoy the scenery! Appreciated details like extra throw blankets, coffee filters. spices, and hot tub towels. It was very clean and just as great as described online!
Beautiful views from this homey cabin. Our only issue was that the grill was dirty and out of propane.

Thank you for your review, Virginia! I wish I would have known that the grill was out of propane. However, there are three full propane bottles that are stored behind the grill and it is also in the instructions if it is needed to go ahead and switch them. Thanks for coming and we look to you coming back.
Our first trip to the Rockies! The house was wonderful! Perfect for the number of people that we had with us. It was unfortunate that the Interlaken Fire had taken away most of the lake options, but we took advantage of the many trails and nearby towns. We even had a few that hiked up Mt Elbert!
We had an amazing time at this cabin! Everything was wonderful! The kitchen had everything you would need, house had plenty of space for all the teens, and loved the large table for board games! Even the extra fridge downstairs came in handy! We'll be back!

Thank you so much for staying with us, we are glad you had a great trip and look forward to your return!
I booked this home strictly for the outdoor spaces and views and it did not disappoint! The home had everything we needed. It does get toasty during the day without AC but cooled off nicely at night! I would book a family trip here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The house was great for 6 of us. We were able to relax and cook (kitchen is perfectly stocked). We had our two kids and they had games, little toys and coloring which was a nice surprise for them. There was plenty of reading material and even binoculars to look out at the gorgeous setting. Communication with the host and quick and easy. 5 stars!!!
Beautiful location and comfortable, well appointed home!
You can tell that the owners have actually stayed at the home and know what it needs to make it comfortable for guests! It was the most well-stocked vrbo I have stayed at - plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and kitchen implements! Lots of little things like towel hooks, charging ports, tables and coasters. The location is gorgeous, the home was comfortable for all of us, and we loved the hot tub! We did wish the main floor had a television instead of the basement as we spent the most time on the main floor but that is a minor complaint. :) The pre-check in information was comprehensive and easy to follow. I received a very speedy text reply to the one question I had. Do note that there are steep roads to get to the home; we had AWD SUV and had to wait out a bit of snow before we could get into town. Be prepared for this during winter/spring months. Overall the amazing view is worth it! Thank you!
Excellent place to stay for a get away. It was so nice coming home to this mountain house after a day of hiking, fishing, rock climbing. With some of the best sunsets around.
