Historic Templeton Hayloft Barn

Come enjoy this truly unique and newly refinished barn in historic Downtown Templeton. Features include vast vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, remnants of the original barn inside, loft bedroom and antique stove make this a great place to come enjoy the Central Coast of California. Just one block from the quant Templeton Park and two blocks from Downtown Main St. Centrally located in the famed wine region and a short distance to beautiful beach towns of California.
The space
This historic barn is estimated to be dated to the late 1800's however has just been fully refinished for todays modern comforts. The great room has large vaulted ceiling, very comfortable seating and 65" tv with surround sound. The space is fully featured including full kitchen, outdoor BBQ, dishwasher, washer & dryer and Air Conditioning. The patio is very private and great for an evening glass of wine. Don't miss the kids corner under the stairs with fun activities for the little ones!

Beautifully restored/renovated space!

It's a lovely space, very clean, very well equipped kitchen. It's walking distance from some really fun restaurants in downtown Templeton. Property Mgr responded to our questions and was very helpful. This was our second stay here. We wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Perfect Getaway retreat

Our family of 4 had a lovely and relaxed time. The home was very clean, had a great rustic modern feel and conveniently located to the Paso Wineries, Morro Bay, SLO trips. Fast Wi-Fi, large screen TV and newer appliances gave us all the comfort of home :) Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Real nice location to enjoy the best around San Luis Obispo. Owner was real easy to communicate with and the converted barn has great charm! Definitely will be staying there again.
