The place needs new blinds as they were falling apart. Some were done once we told them and we appreciate that. Whirlpool only works on one side. Place could use a good cleaning. Get better kitchen tools. Door locks need to be improved on all doors. Internet went dead for 2 days. They put in Starlink to fix that.

Overall an excellent experience great for the whole family plenty things to do if you are into peace of mind stay love it 😀
The view of Bell Mountain was magnificent. Leaves were just beginning to turn. Hot tub was great as was fire pit. Cleanest house I have stayed in. Very homey feel...house felt happy. Host very responsive. We want to book for same time next year. Thanks, Robbyn.
Stayed here with friends for the Brew, Que, and Stew festival. Everyone in the group enjoyed their stay, the cabin was better than expected and had everything we needed. Only 10 minutes from the city center, it was a great location.
Great view from the cabin. Exactly as described in listing. Convenient to town, hiking, off-road trails, and lake/fishing. No complaints.

While this cabin is roomy and clean with a nice location, our experience was significantly dampened by a lack of transparency and poor host communication. The Hot Tub was the primary amenity we looked for when booking. Upon arrival, only 1/2 the jets worked, and the water could not maintain its temperature. I messaged the host via the app on Friday and was ignored the entire weekend. I called the rental office on Saturday; though they claimed a repair was made, the jets remained broken and the temp still dropped during use. After checking out, I discovered a review from February mentioning the same issue. It is clear the host is aware the hot tub is malfunctioning but continues to advertise it as a full amenity without disclosure. The beautiful Bell Mountain View is only visible from one specific corner of the deck due to overgrown trees, meaning only one person can see it at a time. The final two photos in the listing appear to be drone shots, as that view is impossible to see from any of the cabin’s decks. The main floor bed squeaks loudly with every move, making for a restless night. Additionally, the door locks felt outdated as there are no deadbolts, which was a slight safety concern for us. After involving VRBO to get a response, the host was dismissive, treating a known, long-term mechanical issue as a minor "inconvenience." While a partial refund was eventually issued, the lack of transparency and the fact that I had to fight for communication made the stay stressful.
Our group of ladies had a great weekend trip at this house. It was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace.

Mountain hot tub & fireplace just ok
Was looking forward to an amazing family Thanksgiving at this property. It was overall ok but the non working fireplace was a big disappointment. If you’re looking for a roaring fire this is not the place for you. Highly suggest removing fireplace in the title and included in amenities.
Robbyn who is the property manager really had the cabin spotless and well set up for anything friends or family could throw at it. instructions were great and really had the property clean and she helped us with the best local hangouts. If traveling on a motorcycle be aware that the road leading up to the cabin is narrow and if a car was going up as your going down thats gonna be tough/ also steep angle getting into the driveway. other than that TY Robbyn for making the stay awesome!!
Beautiful location, quiet and comfortable. We rode from the Myrtle Beach area on motorcycles to enjoy the weekend in the mountains. The house was great with room for all and everything we needed. If your riding the big dressed bike beware the steep drive and sharp lefts into drive way- you better be an experienced rider. We did have 2 small mishaps on arrival but no injuries or major bike damage and the 2 guys are VERY experienced riders. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent? First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost. The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.
Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:
Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller. Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value. Much, much more! A buyer's agent is a valuable asset to any home purchase and should never be considered an unnecessary part of the process.
Respectfully, Robbyn Allen Realtor/Property Manage
