Freshly updated 1BR condo on a high floor in beautiful Makaha Valley on the Leeward side of Oahu. Enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and ocean from the floor to ceiling windows. New cabinets and countertops in kitchen and bath, king size bed, and SS appliances. This is a gated community with a beautiful large, and heated salt pool, grilling area, free parking, on-site laundry and resident peacocks.
30-day minimum rental.
Wi-Fi speed fluctuates between 960 Mbps and 1.1 Gbps. I've had several guests work from here with no issues.
This is a gated community that looks and feels like a high-end resort but is also peaceful and quiet at the same time. Expansive views of the ocean and mountains can be seen from the kitchen, living and dining spaces, as well as the bedroom. Ample storage and closet space for all of your luggage and clothes. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to dine in and feel like home. Dedicated office space located in the area between the bedroom and bath.
Parking is free but you will need to obtain a parking pass from the office when you check in. There is a $100 refundable deposit which will be returned to you when you return the pass at check out. The deposit must be paid in cash.

I purchased this condo during the pandemic in 2020 as a place to get away and relax. I love it here so much that I bought a 2nd unit in 2022 and now reside here on the property full time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Aloha and Mahalo.
Why they chose this property
This condo is located in an area where local families live and play. This side of the island is far from touristy. The beaches are relaxing and quiet during the week while the locals are at work. I found a great spot to look for seaglass and the best swimming hole where you can swim or snorkel with the turtles (honu). Amazing sunsets can be found anywhere on the Leeward side, but my favorite spot is at Kea'au Beach Park where you can take a stroll or sit back with a good book. You can see whales from anywhere on the west side during the winter months. Hawaii is an amazing place of beauty. I'm in awe each and every day here.
What makes this property unique
There is a local farmer's market every Saturday from 8-12 in Waianae at 86-120 Farrington Hwy (behind Longs).
