Perched at the top of Mutiny Bay Hill, just 15 mins from the ferry terminal and less than 5-10 minutes from downtown Freeland and Mutiny Bay beach we welcome you to "Evergreen". Surrounded by acres of preserved forested space, you will have utter privacy during your getaway to relax and enjoy the space!

"Evergreen" is ideal for an unforgettable getaway with your family and friends. We spent almost a year trying to find the perfect second home for our family of 4, where we could get away from the hurdles and noise of daily city life. We also wanted something which had ample indoor and outdoor space, and was within a few minutes of restaurants, grocery stores and the beach!

We ended up finding the perfect home which checked all our boxes, and then several months decorating it to be a perfect vacation home. We thoroughly enjoy this home and in the time that we are not using it we wish to share it with you. Our 3 bed/2 bath features all the amenities of a new house yet has a very "country" feel to it. The oversized deck provides plenty of space to hang out, BBQ, eat and lounge all while being surrounded by nature.

Exit the deck to the most beautiful of back yards and play your favorite games on lush green grass. We provide you with gear to enjoy badminton, volleyball, pickleball and soccer. Once you tire out or just feel like sitting back and chatting we have a separate outdoor space with a Solo Stove Fire Pit, paired with Polywood Adirondack Chairs. This space is for you to cozy up next to the fire pit and engage in a conversation or just sit back and stare at the twinkling night stars while you sip your wine.

The inside of the home has all modern amenities for your comfort! The Great room is equipped with an Alexa enabled surround sound " Echo Studio", a Smart Samsung QLED Smart TV with SONOS Dolby Atmos Surround sound. Enjoy your favorite shows or start playing nostalgic video games on the Sony PlayStation. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully stocked and also features a Nespresso Machine to enjoy your favorite Lattes.

The Master Bedroom suite features a 58" wall mounted Samsung SMART TV, an AWARA Hybrid Mattress paired with a King sized bed, soft Egyptian cotton bed sheets, a spacious walk in closet and an attached full bath.

Second Bedroom features a medium firm Brentwood Queen Size Bed, built in closet and a shared bathroom

Third Bedroom has full size Bunk Bed, its own closet and a shared bathroom. The top bunk is more suitable for kids, and should not be used by adults.

Also supplied is a pack and play and a high chair.

We also have LEVEL 2 EV charging available at no cost for our guests.

Hot Tub: Hot Tub is offered as an add on feature for $95. Children under 15 are not allowed in the hot tub. Confirmed bookings with hot tub add on will be sent spa rules to follow. In an event that the spa cannot be used due to technical fault prior to check in the spa fee off $95 will be refunded.

Pets: We allow for one small to medium size dog, if your dog is larger please contact us prior to booking. There will be an additional $75 pet cleaning fee (bigger dogs may require a high security deposit/pet fee). Please make sure dog’s are on a leash when they are not in the back yard and on community property. Due to increased stain risk pets are NOT allowed on any furniture piece, we do provide a dog bed which can be moved and used throughout the house.

Smoking/Vaping: We do not allow for any type of smoking within the house. Any evidence of smoking within the home will result in a $300 fine. If

Indoor Fireplace: The indoor fire place is wood burning, due to increased fire risk it is decommissioned for usage.

Guests will have access to Netflix/Amazon Prime Video, basic cable and Xfinity high speed internet.
