Our spacious house is in the heart of all Scottsdale has to offer, making it a perfect place for everyone. The house has 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people.
🛏️ Primary bedroom: King size bed, TV, attached bathroom
🛏️ Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, and full size futon
🛏️ Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, and full size futon
The living space includes a open concept kitchen and living room with a 65" flat screen smart TV. Kitchen has an 8 foot island with stools that flow into the couch/TV area, making it a great place for hanging out as a group. The kitchen is very spacious and fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, baking sheets, cups, Keurig, drip coffee pot, etc
The nearly 600 sqft game room brings in tons of natural light. It includes a pool table, ping pong table topper, foosball table, TV, board games, card games, etc. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and folding station.
Start your morning out with Yoga and some focused work in the detached office that looks out into the back yard.
But don't work too hard! Be sure to get out and enjoy the year round sunshine that Arizona is known for. Our backyard is designed to make the most of this. It was just completely redone (along with the rest of the house) in 2021.
Put some food on the barbeque, and play a few games of cornhole.
Then, enjoy the sunset from under the pergola or from the outdoor dining table.
Next, pour a glass of wine or a cocktail, light up the fire pit, and enjoy the ambiance provided by the bistro style string lights.
When you do venture out from the house, just about everything you can imagine is a short drive or uber away: golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc.
Within walking distance is Fate Brewing, Skysong business park & restaurants, and the Scottsdale greenbelt which includes walking trails, picnic areas, disc-golf courses, and more.
