Rare Find- Low Bluff Cottage On Lake Michigan

On Lake Michigan-4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with large deck and screened in porch.
This beautiful beachfront house on Lake Michigan has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower! Newly built in 2019, this open concept house has everything you need. With three large bedrooms (Queen beds) and a bunk room with two bunkbeds (Queen bottom and full upper) plus a separate Queen futon, there is plenty of room for everyone.
When you step out onto the spacious deck, you'll hear the waves and see the gorgeous, panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Relax outside on the comfortable deck furniture or enjoy a cup of coffee in chairs/table overlooking the water. In addition, there is a large screened in porch with an additional table and chairs, allowing you to enjoy the view morning and night, rain or shine.
This home provides two family areas with televisions, a 10 person dinning table, washer and dryer, gas grill, lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, beach chairs to sit down by the water, games and puzzles when you're ready to take a break from the beach.
The following are included in your stay: bath and beach towels, kitchen towels, bed linens, pillows, bar soap, dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, 2 paper towel rolls and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
We are on a low bluff for easy access to the lake. In addition to our 60 feet of private lake frontage, there is an additional county beach available for your use. Little Sable Lighthouse is just a 5-minute walk, or you can walk to the North and have 4 miles of Silver Lake State Park's beautiful beach all to yourselves.
In the evening there are several beach chairs to sit around a beach fire pit. Be sure to check out the stars at night! Oh, and did we mention the sunsets? They're incredible, you'll have a front row seat for each one!

Great house and location!

Had a great vacation with the family at the Low Bluff cottage. Cottage is exceptionally kept and has all the amenities you need. Beach front was great with sandy bottom which was great for swimming. Overall I would highly recommend the cottage and I’m sure our family will be back next summer!

Heaven on earth

This property is heaven on earth. The kids were loving the beach and the downstream river on the corner to explore! Perfect location for silver lake sand dunes as well. We all made the most out of this vacation and we will most definitely be back next year!!

Beautiful views

The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The view and the deck was the best spot to relax. Since it was a bit rainy that week we spent time inside and cooking some meals. Great kitchen! It was a very relaxing week.

Best Place Ever!

What a great time our family had at your house! Everything in the house was clean and in order. The grands loved their own spacious room with bunk beds and sitting area. Our kids and grands especially loved the stand-up boards and spent many hours on them.

We had such a great time in this property. The location is unreal with private beach and best sunsets. Each of the four rooms are very spacious. The kids bunk room has a hangout area which was fantastic for our 6 boys under 8 years old. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect beach vacation

A beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Right on Lake Michigan for the beach and swimming, with the shallow creek so close for the little ones to play and swim. Perfect. Plenty to do in the area on a cloudy day. My seven year old grandson summed it up, “Best vacation ever !”

70th BIRTHDAY TRIP - LAKE MICHIGAN HOUSE ON THE BEACH

This is a beautiful property right on Lake Michigan. It is an easy walk down to the lovely beach.Silver Lake & Little Sable Lighthouse (very close by) & the proximity to Ludington & Pentwater offer many opportunities for fun if you choose.The screened in porch is a bonus. The deck is lovely & the home is also. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was very nice. My husband loved the gas stove!The ice maker didn’t work but we bought some ice cube trays at the dollar store. The refrigerator said the filter needed to be replaced so we just drank the tap water which was fine!We had a less than perfect first afternoon/evening (due to a miscommunication with housekeeping), but the host was quick to respond & my family ended up enjoying our stay very much. I highly recommend this property.

Great spot for a family reunion of sorts!

Very nice cottage. My daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons (5 and 7) slept in the huge 4th bedroom with the bunkbeds, had plenty of space to spread out, and appreciated the nearby washer/dryer. He's a former head chef, and loved the oven. When the lake was too windy or cold, they enjoyed using the nearby creek. I am in my 70s, so greatly appreciate the new steps making beach access simple! Overall, had a great week, with shopping and nearby dining and activities, including the dunes at the state park. Cottage is well located.

Absolutely Beautiful

This home and the private beach were amazing. The home is a newer build, clean (!) and very well-appointed. The screen room is so comfortable--for dining, relaxing and looking out over the beautiful lake. The sundeck was a favorite place to lounge in the sun and under the moonlight. Our family of four had bonfires on the beach at night, fished in the lake and creek and had the most relaxing time away from our busy summer schedule. I was able to work remotely without issue (i.e., great WiFi). This home is a gem, and Chad is an excellent host.
