Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two master suites feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms, with one offering direct access to the pool area. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while a Toy Story-themed room with two single beds is designed for younger guests. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Living and entertainment
Multiple gathering spaces offer room to relax, including a main living room with a 55 inch HDTV and streaming services, and a separate family room that opens to the patio. The game room is set up with arcade games, a pool table, ping pong table, and life size games. A dedicated workspace in a private room is supported by Wifi and an Ethernet connection.

Step outside to your private outdoor pool and spa, with sun loungers and outdoor seating surrounding the space. A dining area and gas BBQ grill make outdoor meals easy. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. The backyard is open and not fully fenced.
