Steps From The Beach! amazing location, newly renovated. Unit 2.

The owner's favorite unit! Newly renovated, cozy1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Located directly across the street from the beach, restaurants, and bars. With a privacy fence and a private outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. This unit comes with free parking which is scarce on the beach. We will supply you with linens, towels, beach towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We provide self-check-in and check-out. You are welcome to follow the link below for a virtual tour of the unit.

Holy Shower Head Batman!

Great location!! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach! I guarantee you will not find a better shower in Indian Rocks. IT IS AMAZING!! I will say, the unit is very small. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Thank you!

Cute little place

It was cute little place. I don't recommend 4 people. The bed was comfy. Great location from the beach and restaurant across the street.BEST SHOWER HEAD EVER!!!!! Beside missing the beach I miss taking showers lol. Only two complaints. One it needs a full size fridge. Not a mini one. We get alot of leftovers and had no where to put. Second the sitting outside part. The table needs a umbrella or something or you butt going to burn. Second we like sitting outside at nights but had a spot light on right where you sit. So annoying. Killed the mood. But overall I would go back. Nice place. Great location!

Great location!

The pictures were very accurate. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and restaurants- including a fun ice cream shop around the corner. The rental is small and perfect for 2 people. We had three people and it was still good for our 2-night stay. We had one problem in that we couldn't use the TV because it was requiring a code that the owner did not have, but went to the bar across the street to watch March Madness. The owner provided great extras for the beach and enough towels and bathroom necessities for the three of us for the stay. Would stay here again!

Easy walk to the beach

We really enjoyed the convivence of waking a few paces across the street in order to dip our toes into the sand! I highly recommend this clean, efficient rental!

Nice, clean, cute, and close to the beach

Very nice and clean, bed was great! Would totally stay again. The only thing I have had to say is there was a bar nearby that was a bit loud. Not the places fault.

Stumbled upon this gem and so glad we did! The pictures are accurate. It's small but exactly what we needed for an enjoyable beach vacation. Location is right across the street from the beach with beach access. Fully remodeled with a great shower and comfortable bed. We would stay again!
