Offrant deux grandes chambres, une salle de bain complète, avec un salon et une cuisine spacieux et ouvert. Patio avec foyer, tables, chaises, bain à remous, grill, offrant également des vélos et des chaises de plage. Promenez-vous près de la plage, des restaurants, des cocktails, des glaces et de nombreux autres magasins. De plus, marchez un demi-pâté de maisons dans le quartier pour vous rendre au fabuleux parc Kolb, où vous pourrez jouer au tennis, au shuffleboard, au skateboard, à un terrain de jeux, au basket-ball ou regarder un match de baseball. Cette location est du samedi au samedi seulement s'il vous plaît. Ce nouvel emplacement magnifique offre quelque chose à tout le monde et saura vous détendre, ainsi que votre famille et vos amis!

Loved the place, the location was excellent . Restaurants and beach access was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the pillows could be better but minor details . Loved having laundry in the house .

This location and property was the perfect stay for our Spring Break vacation! The cottage is very clean and well kept and the outside patio area was so fun and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. You also can’t beat the super close walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Fantastic family beach stay! Less than a block from the beach and fully stocked with everything you need—chairs, wagon, cooler, toys, towels, and more. Loved having a cool, clean cottage to come back to for lunch, bathroom breaks, or escaping the sun. Walkable restaurants, a charming coffee spot nearby, and a short drive to our favorite breakfast place, Voilà-Merci.Perfect home base for a relaxing beach week with my mom and two daughters. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location... This home is located in the center of Indian Rocks and just a stones throw to the beach. Probably the best location we've stayed at in over a decade of visiting this area.Recently renovated, Beachy Keen has great amenities, wonderfully decorated with Extra Comfy King Beds.The outside common area makes this jewel a step above the rest. Grill, fire pit, Jacuzzi, surrounded by palms

The bungalow was very comfortable and we had a very easy arrival. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a dog park close by. The beach is a close easy walk. Everything you need was stocked, the couches and bed were comfy. We enjoyed sitting outside and thawing out in the sun.

This is our second time staying here, and we would definitely stay again. It was nice before, but the recent remodel is great. We loved being a 2 minute walk from the beach, and its nice having everything you need for the beach included (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cart).

Birthday Getaway

I celebrated my mom 70th birthday at this cute cottage in Indian Rock Beach. The beach is just across the street and the owner provided chairs and an umbrella! There’s a manual with ideas for the vacation time and instructions for use of the space. It looks just like the pictures.

One year old's Birthday celebration

The house has a great location in regards to the beach acess and restaurants that are in walking distance. More than enough space for smaller families. Full size washer dryer and a great kitchen to utilize during your stay. Check in and out were seamless, Paula is very good at communicating and quick to respond. I would highley recommend.

These Cottages are PERFECT! We have updated them in 2020 to basically be brand new houses. EVERYTHING in them is new. We hope you enjoy them!

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
