ESTES PARK BUSINESS LICENSE # 3075 July requires 6 night minimum. Beautiful, spacious five bedroom + loft located behind the #9 tee box with spectacular views facing north and also east. Our home is 3 levels with the Main level only having 1 step down to the family room. (It works well for someone who can't use stairs.) The main level also has the kitchen, dining room, entry, 2 car garage, king bedroom with private bath, utility room, powder bath for guests and outside deck. The downstairs level has 1 king bedroom with private bath, another king bedroom, twin bedroom, hall bathroom and a media room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The upstairs level has a loft with a twin trundle bed and a half bath.
The home is designed to appeal to a very discerning clientele that wants luxury accommodations for their vacation. We do not allow reunions, parties, rehearsal dinners, etc. City ordinances limit parking to two cars in the garage plus three cars in driveway; excess vehicles subject to fines and towing. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the golf course.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including Keurig coffee pot, regular coffee pot, hand held mixer, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle and microwave plus oven, and all utensils. Plates , glassware and pots & pans provided. We also have a BBQ grill for you to use.
We have a play pen, travel crib & high chair. However, OUR HOME IS NOT BABY OR TODDLER PROOF !!!
There is also an internet work station with complimentary wireless internet and a laser printer for your use.
This is the perfect place for your family vacation including even one or two well-trained dogs! Estes Park does have a strict leash law for pets enforced with heavy fines. We have an extra large crate and a couple of doggie beds too.

Our family also rents two other smaller vacation properties: a 4 bedroom home 200 yards away; and a 2 bedroom condo about 800 yards away. Both are on the 18 hole golf course and have great views too. The 4 bedroom house is also pet friendly but the condo is not. Listing numbers are 556488 and 394408
