This place is amazing. You cannot beat the location, steps away from the beach, amazing restaurants and shops. You are truly in the middle of one of the coolest areas in Nice. Right across from the front door is a great little cafe to start your day with coffee, quiche and pastries. Access to public transportation to get to all the surrounding areas is an easy walk. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. There was plenty of space for my family of 4. Our host Marian was extremely responsive and helpful. She had a lot of patience with us during the check in process. We were about 4 hours later than planned due to some traveling issues, but Marian was completely understanding and cooperative. I would 100% stay here again.
