Newly remodeled home 3 mins from new freeway 202.

3 bedroom 2 full restrooms and 1/2bath , big master suite with king and bunk beds perfect for families with kids. You can also setup an air mattress if needed. The home has a very spacious backyard with a diving pool, barbecue grill, a sitting area to lounge in , a fire pit and plenty of towels to enjoy the pool.
PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS NOT HEATED AND IS ONLY ADViCED TO USE when it’s 98 degrees outside.
Plenty of space in the common areas to entertain your family while you enjoy your stay. Living room is over looking the pool.

Late February getaway

The house was amazing and everything was as listed. We spent whatever time we could outside around the pool. The backyard was amazing and there was plenty to do. The only negative I would say was the neighbor's dog. The barking was annoying at times. If our travels take us to Phoenix, we would rent this property again.

Nice neighborhood VRBO

This house is located in a small neighborhood on the edge of town. House was wonderful and spacious. We did have to drive a lot to see everything we wanted. There were stores nearby to get groceries. There are flood lights on the back of the house that shine into the master. You have to contact property manager to turn them off. Host was accommodating.

Great Property

My group had a wonderful time. Be aware that there is no garbage disposal/dishwasher and the pool is not heated. There were a few annoying things like not having check out instructions, the propane tank for the fireplace was empty, broken trash can and missing some classic kitchen ware such as cookie sheets/wisk/etc. These are small issues that where able to generally be worked around and we loved our stay with our group - the amount of beds and sleeping areas was wonderful and perfect for our large group. Beautiful home great for large groups, if coming back to Glendale would 100% stay here again

Beautiful house

We enjoyed Our stay at Estrella Village house. The house was very clean and the rooms were nice. There was a Coffee bar that we all enjoyed in the mornings. The only thing that concern me was no railing for the staircase. The stairs were somewhat difficult to go up and down for my mom as she can’t see out of one of her eyes and a railing really would’ve benefited. Another thing that was different from my stay at this house versus others is there was no garbage disposal and no dishwasher so that is some thing to keep in mind other than that we love this house - the location, the pool, the backyard was beautiful.
