On the second floor is the first bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. On the third floor is the third bedroom offers a king bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

There are seven steps into the main living area of this property. Harbour Town Club is located near the famous Harbour Town in Sea Pines. This complex is just a short walk from the Sea Pines Racquet Club and the Harbour Town Golf Links. Guests of this complex may either take a short drive to the beach or catch the complimentary, beach trolley that leaves from Harbour Town (seasonal).
