Was hesitant to book because there were no reviews but there weren’t many other options where we could take our dog. The house was run down and outdated which I wouldn’t have minded except there were bugs and massive cockroaches literally everywhere in the house. The sheets were visibly dirty and we saw bugs in the beds as well. We were only there an hour before deciding to leave. Even my dog didn’t want to stay inside the house. I notified the homeowner of our issues and the fact that we were leaving and I got no response.

As far as the house being run down, it is an older house but the pictures shoe exactly what it is. As far as the bugs, when she sent me an email that they weren’t going to be staying there she said there was two dead roaches and they saw one live bug.The pest control man had just left and that can happen. As far as the bedding goes they were all brand new bedding that just came out of the package. I think when Gemma and her dog got to the area it just wasn’t what they expected and they decided to stay with family and friends.
The host was great. The TV was still in the box and not hooked up. This was not a problem for us, we did not come to watch TV. There are some cockroaches. The home was really clean, beds were comfortable.
