The location of this condo was perfect !! It’s close to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants. Also, it’s not a far commute to the beach. The condo itself is very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I’ll definitely book again and recommend others.

Myrtle getaway
Apart from the little bug I saw in the shower and the 2 roaches outside of the actual condo it was a great choice. Would stay here in the future again the space was huge, the kitchen is convenient and the rooms are super cute, tv in the living room was where we mainly hung out. The location was 10 minutes if not less to all the hot spots. I recommend this place to anyone!!

Some areas of the condo were very clean and (bathroom counters and hair clumps on floor from vacuuming)some needed more attention .dining room seating is for three. The property management co was quick to respond when a clothes drier issue was brought to their attention
Overall a convenient location and a the condo was a great fit for the vacation . I would stay there again

The location of the property was great! Check in was super easy! However, the carpets were so stained and was severely worn at the entrance to the guest and exposed nails/staples were sharp. The door to the main bedroom was split down the side and the whole property is much need of repair/renovation. Kitchen was visibly clean but inside the drawers were pretty dirty. The sliding blinds to the back patio were missing panels and didn’t swivel to close. The property was also missing the umbrella and 2 beach chairs that are listed in the property description. The AC did work wonderfully!

That said, we apologize for the areas you found needing some TLC. Our local manager assured us that the homeowner has plans to replace the carpet during the offseason, but to ensure our guests' safety, the team hammered down any staples. They also put the door back together, and it is operating properly now. The slats on the sliding glass door did rotate but a few were missing and were replaced. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and we hope to have the chance to provide an exceptional getaway in the future.
The condo was very nice but there were large stains in the carpet and one closet door was broken and off the hinges. Regardless very nice condo and location.

This was a great location for our family that had an event at the Myrtle Beach Convention center. And we were able to bring our dog. The rooms were spacious and reflected what was posted in the listing. Our only issue was the lack of lighting in the family rooms and bedrooms. There was no overhead lights or lamps, so the space was very dark in the evenings. There’s also no end tables or places to set anything. Overhead lights in the bathrooms didn ’t work either.

Absolutely love the location, and the owners clearly have taste in furniture and appliances. The carpets are horrible! I had to wear shoes the whole time. So disappointing the cleaning, there were few dishes, and the ones that were there were dirty... I think the owners need to monitor the cleaning crew more closely.

Vrbo and vacasa should be ashamed to offer this property at the price point that they do until there are some major improvements completed. My wife and i were welcomed with a message on a chalkboard to "Keep clean please." However, the carpet was stained and gross. It's honestly beyond cleaning and just needs replaced. The wall vent register was caked with dust and dirt. Blinds were broken and shades were missing vanes to the point that we couldn't close them. There was a hole in the ceiling where i assume a smoke detector was at some point. In the master bath there were smudges on the wall and trim of an unknown substance. We couldn't enjoy the balcony due to the overwhelming weed smell from the neighbors. I reached out to Vacasa and they wanted to send someone out but i really dont think all of the issues could be fixed during our short 2 night stay.

Villa was spacious, bright and comfortable. Unfortunately the unit was in a very poor date of repair. Local property manager was helpful at first then ghosted us when we asked for the vacuum cleaner to be fixed. Never heard from him for the remains six weeks. Vacasa customer service always apologized, promised to get back to us but never did until we prompted them. It appears that the Vacasa playbook is apologize, promise a resolution then never do anything, hoping you go away. Never again.

Let me start off with the positives. The furniture was comfortable and the condo is spacious. The kitchen appliances were clean.
We walked in and there was a strong odor. We booked the unit because it’s pet friendly and we have stayed in many pet friendly places. This is the only one though where the carpet was so soiled and gross we wouldn’t take off our shoes. The blinds on the sliding glass door in the living room were broken and would not shut in fact half of them were hanging off so there was no way to close them for privacy. We did reach out to Vacasa who’s the managing company for the unit and they did say they could send housekeeping however the issue at hand wasn’t housekeeping as much as it was general maintenance and mismanagement of the property. One of the bathroom showers has a sliding glass door that got stuck and my child could not get out of the shower. I wish we could attach pictures to these reviews to show how bad it really was. Save yourself the money and find a different unit in Myrtlewood to rent. We rented this unit with the expectation it would be similar to the others we’ve rented in these Magnolia complexes in the past and we were very disappointed with this one.

There were several issues within minutes of being inside and the property was not in the condition as advertised. I reached out by text and was only given the same responses and no actual answers or resolution. I was unable to access the amenities of the property not because of the facility but because the “local management team” was unresponsive and Vacasa was unable to obtain the information. I went as far as to request reimbursement for the time lost unable to use the amenities and communication with Vacasa. I received no feedback from “the local management team.” Even after providing my phone number. Additionally, Vacasa through text message stated “Hey Heather, as much as we are willing to assist, creating duplicate and extra tickets on your behalf is something we can not do or will do for you. Tickets were already submitted, and when there is a response from the local team, we will be in contact with you for an update.” When I called the number to Vacasa they stated there was nothing they could do as they are only a third party service and everything needed to go through “the local management company”. My stay is over and nothing was done the entire time I was there to actually resolve a single issue. This was among the worst “local management” and companies I’ve experienced. The property itself was not clean and had many damages. The dryer is covered in rust and took 4 cycles to dry 5 towels. The drawers and shelves in the kitchen are gross. The blinds and vents were covered in thick dust. The Wi-Fi was very slow and kept cutting out. The couch smells terrible. These are just the worst of the list. All of this and absolutely nothing done despite the number of times I attempted and the time that was wasted and nothing done to resolve anything!

Simply laid out, plenty of room for my mom, sister, baby niece, myself and my baby, so alllll the baby things! Only drawbacks were several of the vertical slat blinds in the living room were broken and/or missing, so it wasn’t very comfortable to wake up in there with the sun beaming through. Also could have used a bit more toiletry items like hand soap for the bathrooms. Overall a good stay. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors.
Oh! One last thing to note; if you book a stay here, where it says lockbox, don’t fool with the lockbox on the wall. It’s a keypad entry ON the door. They must have upgraded it, and just not updated their directions for check-in. Took me a moment to realize that because the storm door was covering it 😊

Clean place to stay
I loved my stay, but some things was broken in our condo. The cabinet draw in the kitchen was broken, the bathroom Door knobs loose. Plus the bathroom toilet seat was also loose, bedroom room doors doesn't lock.
