A beautiful, spacious family home

The family memories will last forever at this incredible beach home. With plenty of room for everyone, this lovely and updated home includes plenty of front and back yard space to run around on the grass; a hot tub for relaxing in the evenings; fireplace in the living room to warm up to; a family room with flat screen TV, piano, wet bar, and access to the deck to lounge on and enjoy the ocean views or soak up the sun; and a game room complete with shuffle board, pool table, flat screen TV, wet bar, and popcorn machine. The fun continues when you leave the house and make the short walk down to the beach and downtown Cayucos, which are both only a few blocks away.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental that is licensed by the County of San Luis Obispo.

Fabulous family time!

Our second year celebrating multiple family birthdays here. This property is perfect for multiple generations and families. Walking distance to town and beach in a beautiful neighborhood . We enjoy the multi levels of outdoor decks, the hot tub, the game room , bunks off the game room! We hope to return!

Perfect for family gatherings

If you like to cook, this house has a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. It's also a house designed for fun with 2 wet bars, game room, and pool table. The main area, game room, and pool room are on different levels so that everyone has plenty of space to relax.

This was such a nice home with many more things than was listed on the website. We stayed here to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room and a great location!

A great vacation home!

We would have given it 6 stars if we could. It was much better than expected from the description! The home: 3 bedrooms, a living room and the kitchen (very, very well supplied) on the ground floor and then a split part - the lower part has two double beds and a game room with pool table, shuffleboard, and other games, and the upper room we called the party room. It had a huge TV, a karaoke machine, a couch and tables with seating for ~10 people, and a wet bar. The hot tub outside for 6 was a great hit! The location was really nice. A 5 minute walk to both the beach, the pier, and a restaurant we really liked "Duckies"and other stores. Our only complaint was the wifi was not up to three people doing work on their computers and the other six on tablets or cell phones. My tablet simply stopped running a video I was trying to watch.
