This 4 bedroom, 3 bath amazing custom home sits right on the beach in Morro Bay features incredible views and is one of the most exquisitely finished homes in the entire central coast! The huge open floor plan of the living and dining areas makes for an amazing space to enjoy time with friends and family and soak in the expansive views of the ocean. The entire home is exquisitely furnished and decorated.

Beautiful "oven"

Rented this home with 3 couples. The home is lovely; kitchen very high end; views and patio unsurpassed. But it was 85-95 degrees each day and the house has no air conditioning, no fans (except in 1 of the 4 bedrooms), poor cross ventilation, a central atrium of little value except increasing the heat level, western-facing baking each day that made the temperature in the home unbearable for half of each day. We also had a major ant infestation in the kitchen and up the walls between the kitchen and living room, and a minor infestation in the bathrooms. The location is great. The management company was very professional. But I would never rent this again if there was any chance of warm weather.

The property was nice. They ding you on deposit and cleaning.

The property is nice. The sound system was great. It's a little small for larger parties of more than 6. There's no access from the house to the ocean. You have to gain access from the street. The owner is very picky. We had a person that smoked in the back yard, and she was told by the neighbor and she put us on the notice on the first night. We asked where our smoker could smoke and she replied at the front of the property by the street. So we complied.

When I got my deposit back she deducted $80 for cleaning the outside cushions. The cushions outside could not have been exposed to 1 cigarette that was smoked outside on the first night while standing. I thought it was a cheap shot. We were going to go back next year for our reunion, but this gesture turned us off. Just an FYI, we are very responsible and we have been doing our reunion for the past 17 years at different places in CA. We cleaned the place well including sweeping the floors. The cleaning fee charged is not justified.

Owner's Response: Hi Kami, We’re sorry you felt the charge was unfair, but that was the minimum amount needed for additional cleaning. The property advertisement states that this is a non-smoking home, both in the home and in the outside areas. The neighbors are very sensitive and the smoke has a tendency to drift back into the home. This home is just not suitable for smoking guests. After we asked you to move smoking to the driveway near the street your group continued to smoke on the back patio and the patio cushions had a strong smell of smoke, they had to be removed and washed. It was more than 1 cigarette. We think it’s best you select a different home for your visit next year. Thank you.

The view is worth the drive

This is a beautiful property with an incredible window and a world class view of the ocean past the dunes. It is well appointed with nice furniture, comfortable beds, toys and well equipped kitchen. My family and I had a wonderful weekend and hopefully will return soon,

Great Escape

The view from this house is incredible! The beds and linens were all comfortable. The location was fantastic for access to Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Paseo Robles. Grocery Store and Restaurants were nearby. Easy beach access. The kitchen appliances are first rate, my only complaint is the knives available - they are so bad that they are dangerous to use and really need to be replaced. The pots and pans are also a bit on the thin side as well. If the owners could upgrade these it would make a difference. For those that plan to prepare meals there are not a lot of spices available - even the basic ones. What I bought - I left - but this would be a nice addition for future renters.Master bathroom was utterly fantastic but two remaining bathrooms could use an upgrade. For future renters I may suggest bringing the following: Small Bars of Soap for the Bathroom (none was provided), Laundry Detergent if you plan on doing several loads (A small amount of starter laundry detergent was provided), Spices, Cooking Oils if you plan to cook. Fridge was large and clean. There were enough utensils and dishes (although the plastic dishes should be thrown out by the owner but the rest of the dishes were fine). The location and views made this house a winner!

beautiful home with lots of amenities to make you feel at home. Good location, just a short walk to the nice beach, you have to go down a path. Very close to the town of Morro Bay with cute little shops and a lot of restaurants and a lot of things to do and see. Extremely good customer service by the owner.

Perfect location for our family trip

My sister and I recently lost our father and the purpose of the trip was to celebrate his life. We spent a lot of our childhood in Morro Bay and it was the perfect place to stay for us. The house has amazing views, a really nice sound system throughout the house, a nicely stocked kitchen and all the bedrooms had comfortable beds for all to sleep. We all like to cook and we cooked most meals a the house. My pet peave with rentals is the lack of sharp knives and the only knives they had were serated and not very sharp, but this didn't keep us from doing some great cooking. The location is very convenient for trips to Morro Bay, Cayucos and Cambria. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again in the near future.
