Island Beach cottage, 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 Bath 2 Minute walk to the Beach

Just 2 minutes from the beach, this freshly renovated 4 bedroom cottage has all that up to 8 people can need for their stay in Spanish Wells. Originally built 100 years ago and maintaining its original lap plank exterior charm, we have put in lots of new furnishings and appliances.

Whilst the inside is a comfortable respite, the real joy is the spacious porch to while away mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect affordable beach house

Spanish wells is the perfect low key beach vacation. We had a great time staying at the Joe B. House. The hosue is a little older not newly remodeld but its a great price per night. The house was spotloess and comfortable!! Best part is you are less than a block to the beach and the house is located on the same road and one of the more "happening" night bar/restaurant called buddas. Would stay here again!

Comfortable home away from home

Our family enjoyed our stay at Joe B’s! It was perfect for our family of four and everyone had their own space! The porch was nice and big for hanging out and for dropping all of our beach gear instead of taking it inside. All of the rooms were nicely air-conditioned and comfortable! The home is exactly as represented and the folks at HarbourSide were great to deal with!

Spanish Wells

My friends and I stayed for 10 days over the summer! It was a perfect home for all of us to enjoy some time away and visit the beach. We’ve stayed at another home listed by Andre in the past and he is fantastic with making sure all of your needs are met during your stay. I highly recommend this special little island for your next vacation. :)

Convenient location

The property is better than what showed in the pictures. It has been remodelled, is has four spacious rooms and a large kitchen and dining room, The porch is large with sofa chairs. Everything was working properly. Very close to the north beach which is a perfect, beautifull beach for kids. I suggest you rent a golf kart to move around and do groceries. We love Spanish Wells and this house is a great balance for a family.

Frankly we love everything about Spanish Wells and this home was no exception. The team at Harbourside was so accommodating of our booking and add ons. The house was exactly as described and will consider booking it again in the future.
