Also, there are three Bedrooms upstairs with Master Bath en suite and then a shared bath for bedrooms two and three. The third full bath is available at ground level (could be fourth bedroom but currently not set up with bed )

Seattle Perfection

Stayed after an Alaskan cruise to check Seattle out before heading back to the East Coast. Best view in Seattle from the rooftop patio. And perfectly situated for our purposes. 20 minutes or less to get pretty much anywhere in Seattle. Space Needle and Climate Pledge Arena are walkable. Pike Place is a 10 minute ride. Absolutely no complaints. Will stay again next time we are in Seattle.

Amazing views, stunning property, totally walkable to everything in Queen Anne. The pictures online don’t come close to capturing the views from the roof, primary bedroom and living room. We didn’t even turn the TV on. We just stared at all the beauty. Can’t recommend this more strongly. The manager Joe and property owner Ken were very responsive and accommodating. We will be back.

Magical Queen Anne Home

This location is absolutely incredible. As someone who formally lived in Queen Anne, you cannot beat this view. There is a lot of foot traffic almost 24/7 outside (as to be expected being just feet from Kerry park) but we felt very safe with the gate and garage for parking. The home is beautiful and very clean. My family was very happy with our stay and will come back.

Incredible house for the weekend!

The house was amazing! Close to everything downtown, new construction, secure, and killer views! These are the views you want to see of Seattle - in your front yard! The rooftop deck was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of sight seeing.

House is just as spectacular as the views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning home. The Seattle skyline views are unparalleled, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Loved the gated entry and the garage to park in was fantastic, especially in the city! The home has spectacular views from every floor and was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place for our family to stay before our Alaskan cruise. We can’t wait to return. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Beautiful View in Seattle

The property was incredible, service was great, Joe took great care of us and Ken stoped by to say hi. Views were breathtaking. Would come back in a heartbeat. Only issue is that I can’t give this 10 stars instead of 5 (current max). Everyone in our group was in awe of the property and views. Thank you for a phenomenal stay!

Fantastic view

The photos of the property on VRBO are accurate, and we enjoyed many pleasant hours in the evenings admiring the ever-changing rooftop view of Seattle and the waterfront. Joe and Ken were very gracious and responsive, making check-in easy and even taking time to help us figure out late at night whether we could extend our stay when our return flight was cancelled. The area is busy on a weekend because people visit the park across the street for the iconic view of Seattle, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We loved our stay at this property!

Home away from home

By far the nicest property we’ve rented through VRBO. The condo had everything you could possibly need. All bedrooms were well furnished with either en-suite or hallway baths with high end finishings. The living area was well-laid out for a group of 7 to cook, dine and enjoy the view. The location is fabulous! A great view of Puget Sound, downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier. Lovely neighborhood to walk and accessible to markets and local shops. Easy Uber to all the sights. Both the owner, Ken, and property manager, Joe, were very responsive to all questions/inquiries.

Family fun on the 4th

This was a girls trip. Me, my sister and my 84 year old mum. A few days in the city to relax and enjoy the beautiful city and surroundings. We booked this property because of it's proximity to the city, the amazing views from the deck and because we wanted somewhere beautiful and comfortable to stay. This property did not disappoint. Beautifully designed and appointed. Views of the Space Needle, the bay and Mt Rainer. We spent lots of evenings on the expansive roof terrace watching the sunset. On the 4th we watched what seemed like hunderds of firework displays from all around the area. The only one we missed was the one taking place in Seattle itself on Union Lake but that was ok, that's what we expected. We cooked lots of great meals in the kitchen, reasonably well stocked with kitchen utensils. Check-in and check-out were easy as we had the property manager Joe greet us on arrival, and also help when we left so the garage and gate were locked behind us. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

This property is amazing - would recommend and return. The house is basically on Kerry Park sharing the same view. We spent a long weekend over the 4th of July as a family of four.Pros:1. The view - cannot be beat! I was not aware Kerry Park was such a popular viewpoint destination and now I see why. Gorgeous views of the sound and the skyline.2. The house - clean, modern, and lots of light. The kitchen, living room and master all share the beautiful view overlooking Kerry Park3. Rooftop deck - this deck is huge, fit for relaxing, sunbathing, and a full table with seating for dining.4. Garage - silly to some, but secured parking is not always a given in Seattle, especially in this busy are5. Location - prime location in Queen Anne, walkable to great restaurants, bakery, and grocery.Cons:1. Noise - it's not unbearable, but keep in mind the house is on Kerry Park. I had no idea that it was "the spot" for seeing the Seattle skyline. There is a steady flux of tourists and tour buses that stop for pictures and viewing, day and night. For us, it was great people watching and kept the day interesting. My husband is a light sleeper and thus had to sleep in the bedroom in the back of the house, but it did not bother me at all. Also, we were there 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than most days of the year.If you want lots of space, modern housing,and beautiful views, this is your place.

Fabulous townhome with an epic view

The view: Can it be better in Seattle? I think not! You are up high in Queen Anne with a gorgeous view of downtown Seattle, the Space Needle, and Mount Rainer! While Seattle kept us busy, our favorite moments were relaxing on the rooftop deck enjoying the view. The home: New and modern luxury home. All 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds and the beautiful bathrooms had both soaking tubs as well as separate showers. There is even a 3rd full bath on the first floor. The slightly raised kitchen is comfortable with a great stove, fridge and view over the living room out the large floor to ceiling windows and doors that are throughout the home. The living room fireplace was cozy and perfect next to a wonderful patio out front overlooking the view as listed above. The location: You are walking distance to the space needle and MoPOP (a bit less than a mile all downhill). From there you can catch the monorail to Westgate Center where you can do lots of shopping, walk to Pike Place Market, or jump on the light rail to get anywhere in the city. The hosts: Ken and his manager, Joe, met us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed to get in and out as well as how a few things worked like the cool light switches. I cannot recommend this VRBO property enough.

Great Place with a Great View!

If you’re old enough to have watched Frasier, you were probably envious of the view from his apartment. Stay here and others can be envious of you. If you watched Bill Hader’s character Stefon on you’ll remember his tag line “This place has everything.” Stefon is right. This place has everything. The view from the roof deck is spectacular. The living areas are beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are very comfortable. There is a remote control to open the gated entry and garage. You will get your steps in because it’s four floors from the garage level to the rooftop deck but it’s worth it. I have rented from VRBO and Airbnb dozens of times and no place was better than here.
