Military reunion.

We were a group of guys that all served in Germany in the mid 80s. We get together somewhere every year and this year we chose Nashville. This town home was perfect for our needs and this was one of our best get togethers yet. Thank you

Nashville Girls Trip

Overall great place to stay with great views. First time staying in VRBO so make sure you book flights around times of check in/ check out. Sink emitted terrible smell, other than that great place with plenty of room.

Nice place, note that parking is NOT included though.

Enjoyed our stay, as the home accommodated everything we needed. Rooftop views are awesome, but the outdoor furniture was missing majority of its cushions. Grill was also is pretty poor condition. Parking situation was disappointing, as the home lists 2 spaces are included, but upon arrival you cannot access the garage. I called Vacasa and they told me the home comes with 2 spaces, and that it’s street parking first come first served. Not sure that makes sense and is pretty misleading. It’s especially disappointing since 3 cars on the street were broken into the Saturday night we were there.

Beautiful home

Had a great experience overall. Beautiful, clean, spacious home perfect for our group. Everything was a quick Uber ride away. Rooftop patio was amazing except the fire pit did not work. Wish it would've been replaced before we were there, or during our stay.

Great Location

Stylish decor, awesome location, well-stocked! Patio was not as great as it seemed; couldn’t get TV to work and as we saw in previous reviews, propanes were empty. Had to call twice to get them filled. Overall it was good! But for the price would have hoped it all was working when we got there.

Really nice place to stay. Was disappointed that the rooftop firepit was nonfunctioning during our stay. The rooftop deck space was where we spent time when at this property.Although we reached out on first night of the 3 night stay, it was not repaired during our trip. Upstairs bedroom tub drains slow. And for safety, the regular electric coffee pot in kitchen does not have an auto-shut off. As a whole, comfortable beds and cute decor,

Great view in Edgehill

Location great, but wouldn't want to be there on during the weekend Bridesmaid invasions. Parking on the street was a little concerning, but worked out. View from rooftop deck was fantastic. TV's didn't work as suggested. Top-floor shower was not useable, but owner seemed to be having water issues. Needed lightbulbs everywhere.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was neat and clean just as shown in pictures but only better! The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing with awesome sunsets and the night lights of the city. Perfect location to get downtown quickly. The only negative was the light in the downstairs bathroom did not work, handyman came to fix but needed an electrician for the problem, but we made it work so not a big inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again! The girls loved the bunk room as they were all graduated high school seniors and this was our last Girl Scout trip before they go off to college!

Went for a family trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary/birthday

The second day we left an came back an the refrigerator door was open, an temp on ac unit was moved. The owner in the bottom units door was unlocked from our side an they was extremely loud. Didn’t realize someone else would have access to where we were staying. Then issues with cleanliness in the room where the bunk beds were located. Someone had urinated in the middle bunk bed an it was a dried yellow spot on the bed.The property itself with the rooftop was nice.

Spacious with gorgeous views, many steps & no parking

Very spacious… lots of room for lots of people. Incredible views from 3 different levels. The only thing I would say was a minus was the parking… most nights I had to park a block away and when I originally booked the location it mentioned 2 parking spots so I thought I was fine since I only needed one. Those spots however are first come first serve and that wasn’t mentioned until AFTER I booked it. The other one negative would be if you struggle with steps because there are a lot of them. Other than that, loved it!

Great Nashville View

Booked this rental for bachelor party and it was great for us. Rooftop was definitely the highlight. We spent a majority of the time up there when we weren't seeing the city. The views were even better than the pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable. Couple of things that could've been better were the coffee machine didn't work and also there was very little propane for the roof. 2 out of the 3 tanks were completely empty and the other one maybe had 1/3 of a tank. We brought a bunch of food to cook for our 3 night stay but we ended up having to cook most of it downstairs and couldn't use the fire pit, which would've been nice. Location is a short Uber ride to most destinations around Nashville so it gave us a chance to get out and get back pretty easily. We would definitely book again.

Turnkey Vacations is a fabulous management company. Attentive and very responsive. The property was perfect Not super clean upon arrival but nothing that ruined our stay (dirty ashtray on balcony, mop bucket w/ water in family room, not enough face towels). Turnkey sent someone immediately to rectify. Thomas masked up, was nice and professional, and handled everything quickly. We’d rent here again and definitely use a Turnkey managed property again. There were a couple rolls of TP in each bathroom, paper towels, s & p, and plenty of trash bags left in unit. Tons of dishes and plenty of bath towels. We didn’t find the noise from other people outside disturbing. We loved our stay in Mashville!!!

The home is very attractive and furnishings and decor are pleasant. The rooftop sitting area is quite nice, but doesn't seem very private when neighboring properties are also being used. The location is very central and easy to get around to restaurants and attractions. The cons were: that there were no dish towels of any kind provided, so we had to go buy our own, the cushions for the outdoor seating were completely soiled and soaking wet, but put away in a storage container so that they could not dry, and that the owner actually lives in his own suite below the main living area. Note, he/she did not disturb us in any way. I had just been under the impression that I was renting the entire house, and it was slightly uncomfortable knowing he/she was there.

Great location

This condo is in a great location - very close to downtown without being right in the middle of it. (It's about a 5-minute drive downtown, but there are many walkable shops and restaurants/bars, too!) The two bedrooms upstairs have en suite bathrooms, which allowed the adult couples to have some privacy while also having space to be together. The bunk-bed room is a little crowded but that was clear upon booking; we had a few young adults in that room who loved the feel of it, calling it the space station. The rooftop is a great space, as well, and the sunrise view is phenomenal! We did have a small problem with the lock code not working on the second day, but the property management company was able to resolve it (and even give me back a bit of money for the inconvenience). My only other complaint would be that there weren't enough paper products, especially in the bathrooms. Having extra toilet paper and tissues on hand would be nice.

Almost great

The bones of this unit are wonderful - layout, plenty of space, really nice kitchen and bathroom. The problem lies in owner maintenance- it is dirty. It is clearly not cleaned properly on a consistent basis. Additionally the living room furniture is filthy. The arms on the yellow chairs are literally black. The rooftop deck is awesome - once again - maintenance. Table is great - but other furniture is a mess. I would not book if you can still see yellow chairs in photos - for real. When owner starts to maintain, it will resume being a great place. Location is great - would definitely rent in that area again. Hate to leave a less than great review, but unfortunately this one requires it. OH - and light bulbs? Yes, 1/2 lights out in master.

First time to Nashville

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was exactly as displayed in pictures, close enough walk to some bars and restaurants; however, we took uber/lift rides everywhere as Nashville is so spread out. Clean and well maintained. Bunk bed room is cool. There are a lot of stairs here (4 levels)!My only 2 complaints: Owner downstairs was pretty noisy at times and it sounded like he was walking inside the rental (he wasn't but a few times it was a little alarming). The door into his area did have a bar lock on top to prevent entry into rental. Also, we were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one dishwasher tablet for 6 day 5 night stay. Called TurnKey on last day for maybe one more roll and another dishwasher tablet to run dishes for housekeeping but that was allotted amount!Really enjoyed Adele's in The Gulch and The Pub. Broadway was awesome.

3 Couple's Trip

Beautiful home, easy access to downtown via Uber ($7-9) Scooters or walking distance. We rented a car for a day trip to Jack Daniels Distillery and grocery stop prior to checking in. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee filters, coffee ( left by other guests?) paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dish towel, hair dryers, and adequate toilet paper. Beds were extremely comfortable , shower pressure low, however deep soaking tub was wonderful! :) Roof top was beautiful for late evenings and watching a game on the outdoor tv. Stairs, steps and more stairs and steps to property door and inside home - it wasn't a problem for our party, just be aware. Cons: Wi-Fi is horrible. Sporadic at best. Requested a later check out as our flight was late in afternoon and was denied. Having booked from a private VRBO owners in past trips, we have been able to check out later than the required check out vs. this one being a "management company" and strict times. The entry way of the home has an "owner suite" . Twice we heard "someone" come and go out our door. Concerned someone else was staying on the property while we were vacating it. With that being said we would rent again either this property or a "neighbor" property as there are multiple in the area.

Beautiful condo. Property manager sub par.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. The photos really don't do it justice. The location is good. There were numerous restaurants we could easily walk to in The Gulch area. The walk to Broadway is about a half hour and it's all downhill. We'd usually walk down and Uber back. We were surprised by things that didn't work, especially considering this unit was just built in 2017. There was no electricity in the master bedroom when we arrived. It appeared to be a circuit breaker problem. Since it was after 5 p.m. when we arrived, the property manager said they couldn't send anyone until morning. It was an inconvenience, but not horrible. Someone did come the next day and simply flipped the circuit breaker and it was fine. On the last afternoon we had no hot water. Luckily it was before 5 p.m. and someone did come right over. She couldn't do anything, though, and said she'd have to call a plumber as it seemed to be the water heater itself. So we were unable to shower the last evening or the morning we left. Again, it wasn't horrible, but an inconvenience since it was quite hot and we'd been walking a lot. I followed up with the person we'd been talking with and asked if I might get a partial refund for the days that we couldn't fully utilize the property. I was told that my request had been forwarded to the "local team" for consideration. That was two weeks ago. I followed up a few days ago when asked by the property manager to review our stay. Still nothing. I've rented properties through Vrbo many, many times and this is the first time I've requested a refund. I'm definitely not a complainer. I wouldn't even give them a bad rating if they'd promptly said no and explained their refund policy. But it is a disappointment to just be blown off by the property manager. Rent at your own risk. You'll have a great stay if everything is working!

Nashville trip

Very well decorated home. Lots of stairs!!!! The views were amazing. Plenty of towels. Everything was well stocked. Bath mats were not clean. Upstairs guest needs a trash can. Not easy to find at night if you arrive late.

Not quite what we paid for ...

The location of the condo was within walking distance and the common spaces were lovely. The bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathroom rug in Master toilet area had clearly not been washed. Cleaning products were left out on the kitchen counters, along with empty containers. We arrived Fri, and the firepit on the roof did not work. They sent someone Sat to try but she could not light it either... so we never got to use that. The smoke detectors were beeping when we arrived Fri... we got NO RESPONSE Friday so I found a stepladder and reset them... they came and changed batteries in 2 Sat., but they started beeping again Sat night and the response was, "well, you can reset them"... so back on the ladder, only to have them start beeping again at 5:30 am Sun. I reached out via phone, email, and texts all day Sunday and was told we would have to wait until Monday (our checkout day). 3 of them were beeping now, with one too high too reach. They asked if there was a broom I could use to reset it...lol. I found a long spatula and stood on my tiptoes on the top ladder step. We finally unplugged the 2 we could reach and hoped there wasn't a fire. Maintenance showed up Monday when we were checking out. So disappointing and no offer for compensation for the inconvenience. Would definitely not stay again.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was in a great location, under a 5 minute uber to many bars and restaurants nearby. The space was very clean upon arrival and had all the necessities we would need for a long weekend. We would love to come back to this property the next time we stay in Nashville.

Perfect location for Everything

We were in town for a Dance competition at the Gaylord Hotel. The house was an easy 15 minute drive to the venue and a short walk or drive to the 12th and Broadway district. We had 2 families in the unit and everyone had their own private bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer was great as we had plenty of wardrobe changes and a little guy (2yrs old). Kitchen had everything for us to make meals each morning and evening. And the rooftop patio was so fun...the views of the city and the sunsets were fantastic. Definitely coming back for another visit. The Gulch is a fun neighborhood with tons of restaurants if you are not looking to cook. Thanks for a memorable visit to such a fun city.
