Best of Both Worlds, Unbelievable Views, I have another unit if booked.
Welcome to Paradise. Nestled near the end of the peninsula, this is the ideal location for beach goers and lovers of the water alike. Located directly on the bay with beach access just across the street. This complex offers a break from the norm and is reminiscent of what Gulf Shores 'Was' before the development boom. The people are friendly and the crowds are not as large in this low density complex.
Built in 2006, this newly remodeled 2 BR unit has all you would expect and more. 9' Ceilings, Granite Countertops, Stainless Appliances, 18' tile floors and views through the swaying palms that will take your breath away. It has one of the most private balconies in the complex with direct views of the bay and not another building. From your balcony you can watch the boats come in to unload their 'catch of the day' or possibly see a dolphin or two as they explore the Navy Cove Harbor.

Very clean and lovely place. Watching dolphins and alligators in the bay and fishing off the dock. The pool was great and a short walk/car ride to the beach. Host was quick to respond and fix any issues.
David was quick to answer any question I had. This place was perfect for my family of 6. The pictures really do not do it justice. We fished from the piers everyday, saw alligators, and enjoyed the pool. The beach is a very easy walk from the unit too. This place is quiet and off the beaten path. But it is close enough to Gulf Shores to enjoy some of the busy life if you want.
Great except for the palms trees .They block the view.

Brenda, thanks for your kind review. The palms are to be trimmed this weekend. We love the trees there as it gives a bit of privacy but as you say when they get too full it does restrict the view a bit. I try to trim them 3 or 4 times a year and unfortunately you came as they were at their fullest.
Thanks again.
condo was gated which i liked and appreciated. had
everything we needed in kitchen & in condo. my daughter
enjoyed kayaking around the area, as well as fishing &
crabbing. good week. hope to stay here again. thanks
Love the location very peaceful clean and other guest were friendly
If I had to complain about anything it would be the shower heads I did not like it but everything else was great!!
It came a thunderstorm our last night and the window in the bedroom on the front towards the road leaked I’m gonna message the owner and let him know also but our stay was nice and we definitely would stay at this location and condo again!!!
The condo was clean and had a great view. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Only downfall is the pool isn’t heated. The weather was warm but the pool was too chilly to swim. The hot tub was nice and warm. The docks were nice and had plenty of places to fish from.
The complex was right on the bay and a very short walk to the beach. The unit was beautiful and well maintained. The owner responded quickly when I had some questions leading up to our stay. The only thing I would suggest is maybe new bedsheets for bunk bed as the sheets provided were stained but there was an extra set for the sofa bed we made work. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay there again!
Only stayed 2 nights for a wedding but we enjoyed this property. Spacious, comfy beds, good showers. We didn't use the kitchen or pool. Owner was very prompt to respond and very accommodating. Would recommend and would stay again!
Owner was so attentive and helpful! Condo was in a perfect spot, nice and quiet but just a short drive from the hot spots. Newly updated decor, and master bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Navy Cove Condominiums sits on a lovely cove overlooking the bay. The room was clean and freshly painted. Everything was there that was supposed to be. And the fishing was some of the best I have had while at ocean. Flounders, baby sharks, reds, pinfish, trout, and whiting ( not to mention catfish lol) all can be caught onsite off the piers. If your looking for a more laid back environment with great views and fishing opportunities this is the place. Beach access is across the street but it is also a great spot once you get there. I would recommend being prepared to rent a golf cart or bring one for easier beach access.

It was ok
I think if you would have waited one more month to rent it could have been great. Painting wasn’t complete, baseboard missing, one pool was closed, there was an air scrubber in the condo which was fine but we were surprised. Little black bugs in the condo was the biggest issue-I understand that things stop during construction, but again, waiting one more month to rent might have been better to have all the pieces put together. The garbage disposal did not work either.

Thanks for your review. We did probably open up a bit sooner than we could have. We owners had lost almost an entire year of rentals due to the hurricane and pushed the HOA a bit to open back up. The original open date was June 1 and we were delayed until end of July. The pest control service is back spraying monthly and the garbage disposal had been repaired. Someone had dropped a large fishing weight into it.
