The master has a king bed with USB charging ports, ceiling fan, Roku TV, desk and large walk-in closet. The private en-suite bath features a Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower. Wake to the morning sun, relax watching the sunset and fall asleep to a sky full of twinkling stars.

The owners have provided specialized work-from-home features to ease the ability to work remotely. Access has been provided to the 3 stop elevator - garage to second floor. There is a propane gas grill on back deck. For your beach days plenty of beach chairs, a umbrella, beach toys and wagon are available to you. So you want for nothing. The owners have included YouTubeTV.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, Lake House, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities .
