Beautiful 2nd floor unit w/ huge wrap around balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / 2500 square ft / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large roman tub and flat screen tvs! Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this oceanfront 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom suite has recently been updated. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Relax and dine outside on the enormous oceanfront wraparound balcony. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king-size bed, 50" smart TV, large walk-in closet, blackout shades, and direct access to the wraparound balcony. The master bathroom has granite countertops, double vanity, a large jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and tile flooring. The second and third bedrooms each offer Queen sized beds with smart TVs. The fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds, 50" smart TV, blackout shades, and a separate balcony with seating. In addition to the spectacular views, the large living room provides sliding doors to the wraparound balcony, blackout shades, and a 55" smart TV. Other features include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a large exterior storage closet adjacent to the unit. Easy access to the condo when parking on the second level - no stairs or elevator needed! The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand with direct access to a quiet, family-oriented section of the beach, and minutes from the boardwalk, golf courses, and much more. Activities on site include an indoor and outdoor pool complex with a lazy river, hot tubs, and children's splash pool, fitness center, and tanning lawn.

Overall nice unit that suited our family needs providing plenty of space. Pool area was under construction during our stay which created a some debris in and around pool. View seemed a little more obstructed than the pictures seemingly from some overgrowth from trees/shrubs next to green area. Good location, beach area was great.

Spring break trip

Location of this property was great, on the beach and within 10-20 mins of everything we wanted to go to. Condo was clean and well decoratedThe indoor pool and hot tub were under construction at the start of our trip but was open for the last couple days. The layout of the condo was good. However the beds were a bit older and could use an update. Also the bathrooms were nice but hooks for towels would have been useful. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would book this place again.

Great place!

I love the floor it’s on so we don’t have to use the elevators when loading and unloading our luggage. Room was very nice & spacious! We would definitely stay here again!!

Myrtle Vacation

We had 7 people total including 2 young children and our stay was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and everyone felt comfortable. The beach was only a short, easy walk from the condo and the pools at the complex were perfect for a break from the sun and for our kids (they loved the lazy river pool and kiddy pool). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend and return again!

CCU Drop Off

10 members of the family came to help drop our daughter off at CCU. Stayed four nights and had a great time. Location is convenient to all attractions, the layout easily accommodated all of us. Condo was clean and well kept. The access to the beach was a one minute walk. Would book again.

Beautiful beach retreat

Wonderful place to stay for an off-season getaway. The condo was extremely confortable for our family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. And the views from the condo balcony were spectacular. Plenty to do for the kids.. walks along the beach, indoor pool swimming, and plenty of touristy attractions (that were still open in the winter).

Perfect for a quick summer getaway

A few things: The primary bed is on a metal frame and squeaks whenever someone rolls over. Also, the main living areas are COLD, and the bedrooms get warm if the doors are closed. So pack/prepare. The trees have grown in, so the view of the ocean is pretty limited. You really can't see the beach—more of the horizon water line.The area is a little less busy than other parts of the MB, yet it is still close to all the happenings. That was a super plus

Great stay!

Our entire group was really happy with our selection. The location was great, the beach was great, the condo was perfect for the 9 of us. It was clean, spacious and modern. Our suggestion would be to get more knives. Not enough for everyone that you are renting to...was buttering my toast with a spoon. Seems minor (and it was) but inconvenient. Also, the condo provides limited supplies (ie. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire week, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dish clothes - we’ve left the ones we bought behind, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent and washer detergent). Again, it wasn’t a huge deal as we visited the local grocery store and stocked up. The condo is located on the second floor so the view to the ocean is limited. I would give this condo a 5 star rating and would definitely return. It was a fantastic experience overall and we were highly impressed.

Beautiful location and lots of space at a great price

Reviewer Comments: The unit is huge with four bedrooms, granite counters, new flooring and cabinets and an amazing view of the ocean with palm trees and the outdoor pool. It has a huge washer and dryer, 3 large bathrooms and plenty space for a large family. The balcony is wrap around and also best spacey. Now for the negatives. The windows in the unit had a cloudy film on the inside and outside which obscured the view to the point that we purchased windex and cleaned it ourselves which took about an hour. The TV’s are difficult to use with the cable boxes they have, but they work when you figure it out. The walls were dirty with black scuff marks in the hallway and the outside bathroom door had splatter marks on it. We were able to clean these spots Best easily making us think why isn’t the cleaning staff going into this level of detail on such a high end unit. The workout room is small but functional and again the mirrors had a bad film all over them that we didn’t bother cleaning. I think the unit and facility is amazing but they need the cleaning crew to step it up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit/property did not meet our expectations. One of the master faucets had water squirting out the top and also leaking under the sink. This would have been noticed when the cleaning crew were cleaning. The toilet paper holder was also broken. The master shower had mildew in the caulk and silicone. Looked dirty. The second bathroom shower had huge rust or some kind of stains. Just looked dirty. Had a cockroach crawling across the floor in the master upon arrival. The unit needs some maintenance. It was beautifully decorated but the couches and chairs are uncomfortable. We called the property management company regarding the faucet and leak issue on Sunday night and other than maintenance people stopping by to confirm what we said, it was not fixed when we checked out on the following Saturday. We also asked for special permission for us to park one vehicle on the main floor parking due to it being an extended cab, long bed truck. Sunday night the property management said yet. Then Tuesday morning we had a warning on the windshield. We talked with the property management company, who then talked to security at Southwinds, who then said we could not park there. Said we could just take out several spots for the truck. Seems like a small request to accommodate guests but they would not let us, even though the main level is basically empty of vehicles. Next time we'll look somewhere else for lodging.
