About this property

3 Miles to Downtown 3 Bedrooms 2 Full Baths. Kitchen, Dining & Gathering areas.

Beautiful farmhouse built in 1865, modernized into a 2 unit home with separate entrances. This is only one side of the home. The second side is 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. If you wish to inquire about more space, please reach out and we will let you know if it is available.
This side of the home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large dining area, a large living room with seating for 9, a nice sized kitchen with all the amenities as well as a washer & dryer on site and a large wrap around porch.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Location was great, we were able to hop on the Lakerline and get to downtown easily. Check in was easy and host responded quickly to questions. It felt much more like a frat house than a multi family house, but accommodated our needs just fine!

We had 9 girls stay here for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect space for us! We were able to rent both sides of the home for a large group of family/friends that were visiting Grand Rapids for a wedding. This house worked out perfectly for us with enough space to all sleep and hang out together. We loved having the bonfire area and the location was close to downtown which made it easy to Uber.
