Nestled quietly atop a large corner lot & located minutes from downtown GR as well as a mile from grocery stores & restaurants. This 1970's experience even comes with a private smoke shack that will keep you sheltered while you discover your 420 highdeas and a shroom room with a psychedelic floor in the basement. Indoor gym, pool table & ping pong, outdoor basketball & crochet.
