2-bedroom/2-bath condo in the A Building of Myrtle Beach Resort is a bright and cheery getaway with views of the ocean from throughout the living area and balcony. Centrally located with the Ocean and Oceanfront pool at one end of the building and the Lazy River Kids Waterpark and another pool at the other, there is plenty of good fun in every direction. Myrtle Beach Resort is a 33-acre gated oceanfront community with many amenities including pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, tennis courts, 24-hour security, and activities for all ages from playgrounds to a beachfront bar & grill.

We are on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator and luggage carts available.

We strive to earn 5 stars each visit .

It should be noted that a 24 hour warranty is provided by the cleaning company. Within 24hours of Occupancy it is expected that any cleaning issues would be noted. If any issues are noted, within that 24 hour time period, than you may contact the owner. After the 24hr time period the cleaning warranty is void. Also all early check-in void the warranty. Due to final inspection not having been completed. It is the due diligence of the guest to complete the actual physical inspection with the 24hr time period. Also note that 24hr time period runs consecutively with standard check in times based on the date the guest check-in. There is a 5$ gate entry fee per day for your stay. This was a perfect stay for us and our two small children. All of the included amenities (cookware, utensils, beach chairs, sand toys, etc) were great quality compared to other places we’ve stayed. If we end up in Myrtle again we will definitely look to see if 331 is available.

Great vacation unit!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with long time friends, and it was great! Very clean and spacious, nicely decorated, and a great location! The only thing was that the 2nd bedroom was 2 twin beds, but it worked out with no problem. We would definitely stay again! The host is excellent with communicating and helping as much as possible!

Nice rental property

We enjoyed our long weekend in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was an easy walk to the beach and the main pool. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants and to our favorite beach and place to hike at Huntington Beach State Park.

One of MBR’s best

This is our second time renting this condo and we were not disappointed. The condo and property are lovely. Bonus that it has chairs, a beach buggy, umbrella and toys! The property manager is extremely responsive. We will definitely rent again!

Clean Fun Easy

Although the condos are older , everything was comfy and clean. Great view from the balcony and easy walk to the beach. Staff was helpful and nice. Host answered texts within minutes! Will def go back!

Baseball tournament

The condo was just a pictured and was perfect for our family of 4. Our son had a baseball tournament 10 mins away so the condo was a perfect spot to come back to recharge and cool off between games . We were there on July 4th and were able to see fireworks on the beach while sitting on balcony. I had one question while there and it was answered very promptly . Would book again in the future . Great first experience using VRBO.

Absolutely perfect

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The host, Brecken was super responsive, easy to communicate with and able to accommodate any and all needs my family had. The property has multiple pools including a kids little “water park” with a lazy river. You are right on the beach, literally just steps away. Conveniently located minutes away from Walmart, grocery stores, gas stations and anything else you may need. The apartment/ condo has a full kitchen with a huge balcony and so much natural sunlight!! 10/10 stay, we look forward to returning! Thanks so much for hosting us, Brecken!

Paradise

The condo had anything and everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. They thought of all the details, right down to dishwasher tablets and dish detergent! I was able to cook several meals so we didn’t have to order out three times a day. All I needed were some of my favorite spices. We had a few hiccups with the gate code, but the guards were friendly and helpful and the owner responded in about ten minutes every time I contacted them (even if I just had a question. I can’t wait to stay there again. The grounds were gorgeous and there was plenty to do without having to shell out a bunch more money like other tourist destinations. If there were more starts to give, I’d give them all!

Quick beach trip

This was a last minute idea and i was able to find and book this property a little over a month before coming. The price was unbeatable. The location was amazing! I loved the condo. Just enough room for our family. We had our 13 yr old slept on the couch, our 7 and 3 yr old stayed in one room and we stayed in the other. The property is the best! All the different pools and lazy river kept the kids busy when we werent at the beach. Beach access was quick and easy. There was also a little place you could get drinks or snacks right by the beach entrance. I would definitely recommend. The only thing and its very minor i had trouble sleeping because the room is against the hallway side and there was a light that came through the window at night. Im sure we could have figured something out with how to cover it but it was a minor inconvenience and i am very sensitive to light so it wouldnt bother everyone.

Too crowded

When we arrived, the elevator was out of order. There are other elevators, just not as convenient. The sleeper sofa has a broken frame so the head dipped lower than the recast of the frame. We had to remove the mattress and put it on the floor; that too was in horrible condition. The bedroom were in great condition and so were the bathrooms. My only dissatisfaction was no place to hang towels. The kitchen was great; we cooked meals so we would not have to leave the resort. I was appalled by how crowded the pool was with no available chairs, no umbrellas, and wall to wall people in the pool. For the size of the resort, more pools are needed. The lazy river is not deep enough for someone to cool off in the warm water. Again, too crowded. The beach was also stuffed with people. We found the best time to go to the beach was late afternoon, fewer people. The resort has potential, provided changes are made.

Cleanliness is key...

Check-in was easy; we were able to get in right at 4 and not having to stop at the guards desk or go inside to check-in was a plus!! My biggest complaint was the master bedroom sheets were not changed / clean upon arrival. We go to lay down late that night and notice a blood stain under one of the pillows!! Pulled the sheets off, it was through to the mattress pad, so we took it off too and ended up sleeping on top of extra sheets in the house before going to buy sheets the next morning. The property owner was apologetic and said nothing like that had ever happened before, offered new sheets but no thanks... I understand things happen and everything can't be absolutely perfect, but that was just a huge NO for us. We're not blaming the owner at all, but the cleaning crew definitely failed at their job and it just started everything out wrong for us. The next morning we bought our own sheets, tried to stay positive and overall everything else was good. The kitchen was equipped with most everything you'd need (pots and pans wise), coffee maker, silverware, etc. The house is exactly as described. The location is great. MBR has a lot of "extras" to offer. We loved the pools and the tiki bar. It's a short walk to the beach from the room, so that's nice. The beach chairs were an added bonus, as well!! Overall our stay was good.

Fabulous family vacation for us! Loved the relaxed feel of the Myrtle beach Resort. The beach front of the resort was wonderful. The room did have beach chairs and sand tools on the deck which made it easy to enjoy time at the beach. The location was conveniently located to many stores, resturants and activites. But was also great if we just wanted to stick around to hang out at the beach or use the pools. The unit was clean and had just about everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. There was a strange smell when we walked in the unit - slightly musty but the owner said he would look into it.We will definitely look into coming here again!!
