Fit 6 people in this spacious 3BR/2BA condo that is a 30-second walk to our beautiful white sand beach and a 10-second walk to two massive pools with cabana, chaise lounges, and umbrellas. Effortlessly enjoy relaxation at the beach, lounge all day in the sun at the sparkling clear pools, or drive 12-mins to downtown St. Augustine to explore the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites.

The SunLounger encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Convenience and high-end comfort for our guests are the focus at Coastal Sol. Not just your place to sleep at night - We are your hub to an authentic St. Augustine Beach Experience. The condo is located on the 1st floor, so it's an easy walk from the parking lot to the front door at The St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Club Condominiums.

Great location on beach . Close to restaurants ; short drive to Downtown St Augustine and Alligator Farm . Accessibility to outside clarinet chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc was a nice surprise . Also a pack and play if needed .Well equipped kitchen . Clean condo. Really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and cozy family vacation spot

This place was perfect for our family of 5. The condo had everything we needed from beach toys and towels to pots and pans for cooking in at night. The location is perfect as it is about a 2 min walk to the beach after you open the sliding glass door of the condo. The host was very responsive and helpful when I asked to check in a little early. We would definitely come stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Everything you need!

They made everything so easy! We had everything we needed for the beach plus things I wouldn’t have thought of. Very clean, plenty of space, short walk to pool and beach.

Loved the quiet area. Condo set up fit our needs. Liked that there were beach towels and other items available for Beach. Would stay again. I would, however, point out that some simple things could be added to help with stay. Ice machine did not work in refrigerator, there were not any dish towels/ dishcloths. We did use a wash cloth and hand towel from bathroom closet. Only king bedroom had a tv. Others did not. Extra hangers in the nice, large closets would be a plus. There was no ink pen to sign guest book, but we did have one in our vehicle to use. Just some minor things, that would be very easy to accommodate, but make a big difference in a stay. There did seem to be an extremely tiny size ant issue in the kitchen. So had to make sure nothing was left out on counters.

Location was great. Front door was challenging to open & close. Had to pull on doorknob while simultaneously pushing number pad. Screen glass door would fly open & had to be very aware. Need notice to watch for wind catching it. The master bath sink was totally clogged. Master shower smelled musty & dining table was dirty. Kitchen fully stocked & appliances were nice. Management staff were very nice & attentive to our needs & questions.
