Telluride is a walking friendly town and everything is only a few minutes away, or you can catch the free 'Galloping Goose' shuttle that stops right across the street from the condo. There is also the free gondola that connects the historic Telluride with the upscale, European-style Mountain Village. This fabulous place will enchant you with its beauty, culture and its diversity.

THIS IS NOT YOUR USUAL RENTAL PROPERTY. TELLURIDE LODGE #521 has been set up as a luxury accommodation. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo has been completely remodeled right down to the studs in Spring of 2005 and offers all the finest finishes and features.
The property is spacious with high ceilings and over 1500 square feet of living area. In-floor radiant Heat, distressed hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a luxurious steam shower, are just a few of the fine features Telluride # 521 has to offer.
The three separate entrances gives you the impression that you are in a home rather than a condo. The main entrance is thru a heated hallway. The other two entrances give you quick access to THE SLOPES/OUTDOOR BBQ via the large outside deck or the mud room which has a KEYLESS ENTRY. You can also enjoy a slopeside, mountain view from the comfort of your down filled leather sofa and chairs.
Telluride Lodge #521 offers you the feel of being in your own private home in the mountains yet having the convenience and access to many ammenites. Lift 7 is 150 paces outside your door, along with ski/equipment rentals right next to the lift. Clark's Grocery is approx. 100 ft away. A Free Shuttle ' Galloping Goose' stops right across the street.
It is in the most prime, central location in the town of Telluride and also one of the most luxurious and spacious townhomes in Telluride. We know you will enjoy this comfortable home so much that you will want to return again and again.
This room has floor-to-ceiling windows giving you unbelievable views of the mountains and slopes from the kitchen and living area. The furnishings and art have been all hand picked and collected from various artisans and craftsmen from around the country and lend a western, rustic feel. The over-sized down filled leather sofa and chair will offer you a cozy place to snuggle up to the fire and rest after a fun day in the mountains.
More majestic views out the kitchen windows that keep this large kitchen brightly lit during the sunny hours of the day. For the Chef that likes to cook with only the best we have taken care to carefully select only the finest culinary tools. The kitchen is open to the Living Room and has all NEW upscale MODERN appliances such as a GAS VIKING STOVE/OVEN and REFRIGERATOR,
BOSCH Dishwasher and GRANITE countertops. There are two large stools that offer seating at the center island along with a large table that can easily seat six to eight people for dinner.
BEDROOMS and BATHS:
Sleeping SEVEN people comfortably. All the beds are Sealy Posturpedic PILLOW-TOP Mattresses and dressed in only the finest linens and Goose Down Comforters to ensure a cozy and restful sleep each night of your stay.
BEDROOM #1. The MASTER Bedroom is on its own level and is furnished with a Leather Headboard, Distressed Honey Pine dresser and night stands, and a big comfy CAL-KING Pillow Top Mattress. It also has its own private Bathroom done in Travetine Marble and a luxurious Steam Shower.

BEDROOM #2. One Queen Pillow-Top Bed in a Aspen Log Frame with lots of drawers for storage.

David and Terri Cordell first visited Telluride on their honeymoon in 1995. We loved it so much we would come back every winter until in 2005 bought our dream home. We reside in Kailua, Hawaii but come to Telluride at least 4 times a year. We have come to really love the summers also. We hope you enjoy our home in the mountains as much as our family does.

Awesome first trip to Telluride!
This was my family's first trip to Telluride, and this condo worked out perfectly for my family! It is very conveniently located, with lifts, restaurants, and the grocery store all within walking distance. The condo was very clean, and stocked with all the essentials. The owners were super easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again.
Lovely home, comfortable and convenient
What a lovely place to stay in Telluride! This condo is comfortable for a small group of people, and has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous vacation. It's a short walk into town where you can visit cute shops, great restaurants, or catch the gondola up the mountain. Even closer is Lift 7, however this was closed during our stay (no snow!). A wonderful grocery store is a 2 minute walk, making it even more convenient to stay home and cook in this great kitchen. Beds are very comfy too - it was almost impossible to get up in the morning!
Owners are very responsive, answering queries quickly and offering useful tips on the area.
I certainly hope we can come back - either in the summer which I hear is fantastic, or for another ski vacation.
(Extra note: Despite lack of natural snow, Telluride ski resort did an amazing job of making snow and keeping the few open trails groomed. We talked to many ski instructors and other employees, and they all mentioned how generous the resort owners were in trying to keep everyone employed and paid. Another reason to come back to support this town!)
Awesome location, beautiful accommodations
We were here to attend a family member's wedding. After researching many other places, we settled upon this one due to the numerous 5 star reviews, and we are so glad we chose this condo! The location Is excellent - the bus stops across from the parking lot,. Although we mostly enjoyed being able to cross the street and walk along the creekside path when getting around town. The gondola is a short walk away, The interior of the unit is beautifully updated, beds are comfortable and it has a nicely appointed kitchen. The bedroom nook in the hallway downstairs became a favorite retreat for one of our teen daughters in order for her to escape with a book. We will be back - and we encourage any of you to book this place as you won't be disappointed! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

lovely place, would definitely return
MIL, husband, 2 girls (7 and 9), and I stayed for a long weekend and absolutely fell in love with Telluride. The condo is a quick (3 minute) walk from the grocery store, and on the free shuttle route into town (in the event you find the 10 minute river-path walk into town too long after a hard day in the hills). There's parking for 2 cars, but you really won't need your car once you get here.
It got pretty hot on the condo's main level during the day, and we were nervous about opening windows (there are no screens but for the sliding deck door), but we opened them anyway with our fingers crossed. Surprisingly, we had no mosquitoes (given the swarms down closer to the river, we were expecting at least a few). A fly and a moth, that was it.
Bottom line is the condo had everything we needed, and was close to everything. Terri and Dave were super responsive -- we'd definitely stay here again.
All good except no AC or screens on windows.
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at the condo. We were not aware you were looking for air conditioning otherwise we would have steered you to another property. We have not found a necessity for a/c since we have owned the condo for the past 13 years. . Hopefully you did not find it too uncomfortable. We do hope you return one day soon.
