Welcome to the largest two-bedroom condo at Seaside Villa! This retreat has a prime location within walking distance from the new Celebration Park and everything that Coligny has to offer. True to its name, this condo offers seaside living at its finest - located just steps from the ocean. Located on the second floor, this condo offers great ocean views from the private balcony, which has been furnished with four beach chairs and a convenient table. The air-conditioned interior offers tile floors throughout, along with plantation shutters in the living room, and a washer/dryer on-site for your laundry needs (something rare to find!). The living room is all about comfort with two chairs and an inviting sofa and a flatscreen TV with cable. The eat-in kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and a four-person round table for family meals. There is a convenient coffee maker for the coffee lovers of the group. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Additional amenities include a community heated outdoor pool and charcoal grills.

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. It was so comfortable and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. We Literally cannot wait to come back here. Great beach stay for 2 couples

We have stayed previously in the villas in 1 bedrooms but this time we went with my parents, so we needed a 2 bedroom. This was just the place. Had 2 nice bedrooms for 2 couples which is hard to find because a lot of them have twin beds for kids in the other room. One queen and one king was perfect! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and was set up nicely. It was me, my husband, our two year old son, and my mother-in-law, and we never felt cramped or that we didn’t have enough room for all the “toddler essentials.” We’ll definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Pro: Comfy beds, ice maker in the freezer, not all living room furniture was cloth, balcony feels private, items for the beach were provided, located on the second floor & right next to elevator, games/books provided. Con: Bedrooms were very tight and no assigned parking.

Perfect

This rental had an amazing tiki umbrella, sand toys and chairs that really set off our beach days. It was perfect. The only negative I have is that because our spring break was early, we were hoping the pool would be heated and there would be a hot tub. That’s the only negative I have compared to other places we stayed in on Coligny. The place was beautiful and clean.

Vacasa lacks customer service

The Vacasa condo was very well located. The furniture was ridiculously overused with no repair. They only have us 1 garbage bag. They changed the gate code and never sent an update. Customer service seemed put it out that we had to call about it.

Beautiful but the check in process is NOT

This place is ok. It was as described. Location was perfect. The king bed was so hard, we were glad to leave. The check in process was terrible. You have to give personal info to a 3rd party to gain property access. They then require you to go to a lock box, where your info is in with many others info to pick up instruction and a parking pass that could have been left at the property. It was dark and unnecessary. amatress topper would help

Great location

This is a wonderful location! Short walk to beach, restaurants & shops. The villa was very clean. However, it does not accommodate 6 people! The common space beds are very small. These beds will only accommodate very small children and does not accommodate teens! The king and queen bedrooms definitely need higher quality mattresses. Queen bed was very lumpy and king bed was extremely hard. Both seemed very low quality and not comfortable at all. The dryer also did not work. From reading past reviews, the dryer hasn’t worked in a while. Other than the beds, we enjoyed our stay. Beach chairs and toys were available in the villa and convenient to use.
