Shorewood es un edificio de cinco pisos con elevador ubicado en South Forest Beach. Entre las comodidades que se ofrecen en toda la isla de Hilton Head, Shorewood está a dos cuadras del Coligny Beach Market, un pintoresco centro de la ciudad que ofrece a los huéspedes una amplia selección de restaurantes, tiendas y actividades.

The condo was clean and very spacious. The property was well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach.The only negative thing to say was that the shower head in the second bathroom needs to be replaced.The property owner was very responsive to all of my questions, and check in was very easy. Would definitely look to rent from this property owner again!

A friend recommended Shorewood. We were so happy with our Condo and the location. We had easy access to the ocean, pool, restaurants, shopping and a paved trail for walking and biking. This is a gated community. I did not worry about our safety during the entire trip.

We love the location of Shorewood Villas and have stayed in many of the properties over the years. The location is great for walking down to the Tiki bar or over to Coligny Plaza. However, this specific unit is a bit tired and smelled musty. Overall clean but has paint chipping in the bathrooms. Also the living room furniture is very uncomfortable at the end of a long day.

Great condo

Great location. Great communication from management company. Staff very nice. Met all our needs. Only complaint is the smoking on the balconies by other guests - we couldn’t sit out on our deck for to the cigar smoke from below.

Great Condo!!

We booked this vacation last minute and had never stayed in this area. This condo is prime location, close to the pool and beach with a beautiful view for this cost! It is extremely clean and the master bedroom bed is very comfortable! We looked past the fact that it isn’t totally updated because of the price and cleanliness! We will definitely be back to stay again! Thank you for a great week with our family!

Cleanliness and location were great. Check in was a breeze. The unit just needs a little refresh. The master bathroom had a bit of mold on the ceiling and some peeling paint. The other bathroom needs a new shower curtain. Master bedroom lamps need replaced. Overall, the unit suited our needs and we had a great time. We are considering renting for next year.

My husband found the king size bed a bit soft, but the queen mattress was much firmer.The only criticism I could find is the shower heads. Both were in need of being replaced. The main bathroom has a lovely, big shower. It seems strange that the shower head was literally useless.

Great location

Easy walk to Coligny shops. Easy Access to beach. Unit is located right off the elevator. The decor is dated but the unit worked really well for our family of 4. Needs nicer/softer bath towels and I was not expecting to have to buy laundry detergent or Kleenex. You get a 4 digit code for the unit and another 4 digit code for property gates. It’s very easy to remember. The unit feels tucked back a bit which we prefer. The pool was very busy while we were there and it was nice to see it but not hear it. You can sit out on the balcony and still feel a sense of privacy. The stretch of beach is very nice and far enough away from the public access so it does not get as busy or crowded. It was just right. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Shorewood many times before, but was very disappointed with unit 338. The appliances are outdated. Coffee maker was nasty, only one kitchen towel, pots and pans were old and rusted. Overall cleanliness of the unit was not great. Bathtub had hair covering the drain. When we reported these things to the office, they didn’t seem to be concerned.
