Welcome to Sand Dollar 206 East. This newly renovated loft unit sits on Little Sabine Bay less than a mile from the iconic Pensacola Beach Ball Tower. This unit features an open layout complete with a 4 bar stool breakfast bar, 4-person dining room table, 65" Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, 1/2 bath, and private balcony for you to enjoy the views of the Bay. Upstairs you will find a king bed, 55" Smart TV, seating/reading area, full bathroom, and a bonus area that is set up with twin bunk beds for an entire family to stay and enjoy! The white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are an easy walk across the street with babies and beach gear. This condo sleeps a max of 6 people and we have two baby gates for the stairs to keep parent's at ease while enjoying our space. We provide 1 covered parking spot and 1 guest parking spot and this second story unit has no elevator, just stairs. Walk or ride to Pensacola Beach's most popular restaurants, bring the beach chairs and enjoy the sugar-white sand, crystal clear waters, or one of our amazing sunsets - and don't forget to look up and catch the Blue Angels flying above you! Come enjoy coastal living at its finest and check out all the Emerald Coast has to offer!

Modern condo

Good size for small kids. Carpet on stairs need work…tacs holding it down could be felt through and limited space for parking. Otherwise, convenient location to beach and Fort.

Upon arrival there was no lighting on the entire second floor. Had to use a flashlight to find the unit. Morning of the last day, we were awakened to hammering directly outside the window.

Absolutely Amazing!

Let me start off by saying the communication with the property manager was easy and fast! The home was clean and comfortable. The beach was right there, the home was within walking distances to the boardwalk. We are definitely staying there again!
