Hi! We're the Lentz Family. We love the simple things in life: sunshine, scenery, and saltwater.
Currently, we reside in Baltimore, Maryland. Lauren is a Baltimore City Public School teacher and an Entrepreneur. Chris works as a Government Contractor. We were happily married in Destin, Florida in May 2021 after 7 years of dating. We rescued our dog, Buddy, in July 2021. Our Buddy boy loves to travel with us and wags a little bit more when he's at the beach (just like his Dad!)
We are friendly, low-key, and aim to be in the present: wherever the destination- we feel blessed!

Why they chose this property
Our love for the simple things in life (sun, scenery, and saltwater) is what drew us to Myrtle Beach in 2014, and we have been in love with it ever since. Whether it is a lowkey, low-country Fall evening, or an adventurous summer day in the sand, the tides are always turning in your favor at Myrtle Beach!
In the Winter of 2021, we finally achieved our dream of owning a property in this beautiful area. As the new owners, we will be updating our condo during the first few weeks of April (New pictures coming soon!). We are excited for couples, families, and friends to experience the same joy we have had vacationing here over the years and are looking forward to providing an A+ experience for all guests.

What makes this property unique
Our beach condo is unique because of its spacious layout. Unlike many other units within the Summertree Village Resort, our condo is two stories. One of our favorite features of our condo is our screened-in patios that overlook the beautiful pool and courtyard. Even on the hottest of summer days, the ceiling fans and covered porch provide the ultimate airy oasis.
Another benefit of our condo is it is a corner unit, which means beautiful natural light during the day, and peace and privacy at night.
As of April 18th, our condo is equipped with newly updated features, like new bathrooms, new bedroom furniture, new carpet, new TVs/ technology, and new paint!
Our condo offers incredible amenities! Renting here comes with access to a beautiful outdoor pool, patio and grill, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, and only a short walk to the expansive beach!
If you're looking for adventure, our condo is in the best location! We are a 5-minute walk away from Ocean Annie's, and Flip Flop's Bar & Grill, two local favorites for good food and drinks.
