Located across the street from beautiful Charley Young Beach, this 2BR/2BA Maui Vista condo provides a classic, quaint perch (with no neighbors above) in a prime locale. Highlights include vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, and gorgeous ocean views from your private covered balcony.

As part of the lush Maui Vista community, you’ll enjoy access to three all-season pools, six tennis courts, and a barbecue area. Your convenient South Kihei location also keeps you within walking distance of an array of local shops and eateries.

the unit is older, but excellent location. the Beach is just across the street. And it has just an older window AC, so I imagine the summer can be too warm, espically upstair. In addtion, the twin beds upstair could use a better box frame. Thanks

Great home base for your Maui adventures

Great spot in the middle of Kihei, close to all the amenities that you need and right across the road from Charlie Young Beach. Worked perfectly for our family of six.

This condo offered many amenities, including: sand toys, a beach umbrella, beach towels and snorkel gear. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The patio offers an ocean view and looks out on the canopy of palm trees and the property grounds.

As a Superhost myself, I always aim to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback, and I hope this is received in that spirit.We truly enjoyed our stay and found many things to appreciate about this condo. The location is excellent, and the view from the balcony is lovely, making mornings especially enjoyable. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the upstairs twin bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the welcome gift of cookies and coffee, along with thoughtful basics like dishwasher and dish soap, salt and pepper, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast each morning.The beach chairs, beach towels, and parking were all great conveniences, and access to the unit was easy. The grounds are clean and well maintained, which adds to the overall appeal of the property.That said, this is clearly a well-worn, aging condo, and some regular maintenance and deeper cleaning would make a big difference—especially for longer stays like ours. A deep clean would be beneficial, including dry cleaning the drapes, washing lampshades, and addressing some dust buildup (notably the upstairs bathroom vent, which is very dusty and whose fan does not turn off). The kitchen faucet is loose and wobblyKnives are quite dull, and there was no food turner/spatula for cooking.The A/C filter light is on, indicating the filter needs replacement. Some electrical outlets do not work, Extra blankets, a dustpan and a way to mop the floors, as well as where to find extra trash bags would help.

Great location, condo is okay

Pros: Great location, nice bedding, kitchen is stocked well, and plenty of beach/pool toys. Cons: Condo is dated, needs a deep cleaning, paint is scuffed throughout, carpet is stained, beds are only so-so, and the window ac isn't adequate for super hot days. Further, the fridge is stained and didn't keep things cold enough (threw out meat and milk the day after purchase as the fridge won't stay cold). We are a family of 6 and it fit us all, but I don't believe I'd stay there again.

Quiet and relaxing but some hiccups

The condo was spacious for just the two of us and the complex was well maintained and quiet. We booked a same day reservation due to some last minute travel changes so there were some check-in issues. The check-in email was not sent automatically and I had to call the Vacasa customer service number which was quickly answered. However, we were given the wrong keycode twice and the third code was for the keybox which was good enough that I didn't bother trying to get the correct keycode at that point. Vacasa also called saying we hadn't checked in which was not the case as I confirm with the complex office. The balcony and adjoining living area provide lovely westerly views but that also means that the single window AC unit was not sufficient to keep up with the mid afternoon heat (outside temp were in the high 80s). This was not a big deal for us as we were usually out and about enjoying the island. The bedsheets need to be refreshed as they were breaking down and pilling. Had to be careful with the dishwasher as well since there is a seal that was coming loose. The shower head is also pretty low at approximately 5 feet. These are not big issues but not ones I've had at other Vacasa stays. We enjoyed our time nevertheless. Late checkout was offered which was nice.

This Condo is in a great location.

This condo was in a great location. We could see the ocean from the balcony and see parts of the beautiful sunsets. It's an older condo, but it was clean. It had pretty much everything you need for an amazing trip to Maui. If you need air conditioning, this may not be for you. It does have a window air conditioner and multiple fans, but when it's 90 degrees outside it just didn't help much. We were there to be outside and enjoy Maui, so it worked for us.
