On the upper level, you’ll find a bright and open living space filled with natural light. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops, a tiled backsplash, and upscale stainless steel appliances. It's fully equipped with two coffee pots, a Keurig machine, and all your kitchen essentials. Enjoy casual meals at the island’s counter seating for four, or gather at the dining table for eight. The adjacent living area boasts a plush sectional sofa and a large TV, perfect for family movie nights. Step out to the screened porch with additional seating or onto the sunny east-facing back deck to take in views of the landscaped yard, pool, and even the ocean. The west-facing front deck offers stunning bay views and, if you’re lucky, a world-famous sunset. The king main bedroom is also on this level, complete with a private en-suite bath featuring a double vanity, quartz counters, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathroom.

The lower level includes four additional bedrooms: a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin bunks. The bunk room is stocked with DVDs, books, blocks, Legos, puzzles, and toys, ensuring endless fun for little ones. Two hall baths with shower/tub combos are conveniently located near the bedrooms and easily accessible from the pool area.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped yard surrounds the in-ground swimming pool, with a large deck offering plenty of lounge chairs, seating, and a picnic table with an umbrella. For extra fun, kids can enjoy a sandbox when not splashing in the pool or playing at the beach. The home provides beach toys, boogie boards, and more – thoughtful extras to make your stay even more memorable. Getting to the beach is a breeze with a new beach access path and ramp located right by the house!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
