Stylish updated corner condo with an awesome wrap around balcony overlooking the whole coastline to North Carolina. With this being an end unit it has the large window in bedroom and the cut out end balcony. This super unique condo has a floor to ceiling glass wall, built in rock tile electric fireplace with 60" tv, shiplap on walls, sleeper sofa,extended kitchen with new granite,washer/dryer combo,dishwasher,stainless fridge,backsplash,plush king bed,new floors,cooktop and high top chairs

The large oceanfront outdoor pool, lazy river, and oceanfront pool area with loungers are all included, along with the second floor indoor pool and hot tubs. *Please note the ocean boulevard side (front)water park/fun zone is not not included with any private rentals*

Sand dunes is one of the only true resorts in area with multiple restaurants onsite(pizza, seafood and more, river city cafe burgers and more Northshore oceanfront bar and grill), arcade, pool bar, gym and outdoor lounging area. There is even a convivence store onsite which is rare for oceanfront resorts. You really do not have to leave the resort as everything is right there. There are also tons of restaurants within 1 mile

The host was great to communicate with. We arrived early and he gave us the code to check in early. He was very nice about it. We went to the property guest checkin and she had mentioned to see if we could. The communication about not needing to go to check in and parking pass etc could’ve been better. The pictures are very misleading. The property is small. Two people couldn’t pass in the kitchen. The balcony was very small. The furniture wasn’t very comfortable and to be honest it really could use a good deep clean. Shower bar has rust on it. Location was good. Go eat at Salt and Lime. It was on the property and great.

Everything we had hoped for!

The location was perfect. The beach and restaurants in that area are amazing. The room was very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the corner balcony. The perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean and especially the sunrise. We look forward to staying there again.

The property was tastfully decorated, very clean, in a great area, and had an incredible view. The only things I would suggest is: 1) send information about how to park, get into the building, and find the condo later and with info about the key code, and 2) get rid of the silver pan, as it is very hard to clean wothout having steel wool.
