This place was filthy! Outdated! And in poor working condition

Filthy! We had to check in after 4pm because the unit still was not cleaned! We had zero kitchen light from day 1 and was told by management “ rest assured” an experienced electrician will fix it asap! No one ever came and we had no working light in the kitchen for 5 days!!! And when I inquired to the host they NEVER responded. The door to the balcony was broken and no one could open it the entire week! It took 2 adults to Open and close the door! So I paidk over $1000 to stay on the beach with no light to cook in the kitchen and very minimal usage to my beach balcony! I expect VRBO to make this right! I’ve used Vrbo on the past and I would not let this place use your name! It was terrible. 😩
