When the beach calls, one must answer! Treat yourself and your loved ones to a magical beach escape at this beachfront condo located on the 11th floor of the Caribbean Resort and Villas! Wake up to marvelous and unobstructed beach and ocean views from your private balcony furnished with a comfortable bench and two chairs. Inside, the beach-themed open floor plan seamlessly combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The sunny living area offers direct access to the balcony, an inviting sofa, and a flatscreen TV with cable. The kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The main bedroom features a flatscreen TV, an en suite full bathroom, and access to the balcony.

The view was stunning. The unit was exactly as pictured with more than plenty of room for us. We didn’t do a ton of cooking but had everything we needed except for a spatula (weird?). Except for the balcony doors being extremely heavy and very hard to open (couldn’t really open the master doors at all) our stay was exceptional. There was plenty of “extras” to get us started and even some surprises. It’s hard to please the teens sometimes, but even they didn’t complain:). Located within walking distance of stores, coffee and restaurants with ample parking at the unit. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this condo with good friends. Only negative we experienced, was balcony doors. They were nearly impossible to open and comfortable balcony furniture was limited.

Lovely Vacation

We loved this resort. It was great for young kids- lots to do and they were never bored. The apartment had plenty of space to set up a pack and play and comfortable beds for everyone. Walking distance to restaurants, star bucks and ice cream. Can get a bit loud at night- but if you have ear plugs or a sound machine, it's not a bother! We are already planning to come back next year!

We loved the oceanfront view of this unit. Also, the furniture and rooms were in great shape, and the kitchen cabinets were well-appointed. The only thing lacking was that we were only five 1 trash bag for 5 people and a two-day stay.

Unit beautiful, resort needs a good cleaning and remodel

Individual property was great! Clean, comfortable, well decorated with an amazing view! The resort itself needs a major renovation to its hallways, elevators, and unit doors. Carpet, floors, and elevators were filthy.

What I needed

The condo was clean and in good shape. A few little things were off (toilet paper holder broken and dvd player didn’t work) but were not a big deal for us. We were there with a baseball team so that didn’t bother us to have many teams there during our spring break (and really it never felt too overwhelming).

Great view

The view was awesome! Loved that the balcony opened up in the bedroom & living room! Loved that the balcony had two higher chairs, so you can actually see the ocean and not just the railing. Having a washer & dryer in there was also a hit for us! Had everything we needed for the week! Had an issue with the lock code, some reason it stopped working but called the number had they had it fixed within minutes. Getting in touch with management was easy & fast.

Great family destination

All went well except we were locked out of our condo and on the phone for over an hour due to a passcode issue. The passcode provided expired after the first day. Very frustrating experience on the phone. Finally received a call from the local property manager who helped us get in immediately. Local property manager phone number should be provided upfront for issues like ours.

Lock it up!

The home was in good condition and was very clean. What I didn't like was the door lock system. We slept the first night unaware that the door was not locked. You have to know in advance how the lock works, otherwise it's hard to get into. People are accustomed to doors being locked behind you when you enter your room. Not there, however, you have to know to turn the lock. Otherwise the home was very welcoming.

Great spot

We were pleasantly surprised with this unit and would like to book again! Photos are accurate. Washer/dryer were so convenient! There were some dings/dents in walls etc and we were searching for a dust pan to keep things tidy but otherwise, nice place. Communication with Vacasa was horrendous- they don’t answer texts and we had to make several calls to get the check out instructions sent to us. As noted in another review, our door lock stopped allowing us in the day before departure & it took 3 phonecalls and almost 2 hours to resolve the issue. Not what you want to deal with on vacation - especially on the last day. More supervision around the pools/common areas would’ve been nice as pool tools were not being followed which made things uncomfortable for us and our young son. Otherwise, we were thrilled!

Nice condo in a rundown buildling

The condo was very nice and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Well appointed and to our surprise even had chairs and an umbrella for the beach! The hotel that the condo is in requires some attention - there aren't enough bellman carts for the volume of people, the elevators need maintenance, the indoor pool area has plastic taped over broken windows and the entire place is in a general state of disrepair - very beat up. Likely due to the HS baseball teams that stay on the properly while attending The Cal Ripkin Baseball Experience. Check-in was annoying - we asked for early checkin and were told if available we'd get a text. When we arrived early we used the code to enter the condo and it was all ready to go but before we brought our stuff inside, I called Vacasa. They told us we could not enter the property early or until we got a text that we were cleared for early check-in. It never arrived after multiple exchanges so we sat outside the door until the designated time, which was absurd. The location is convenient and within driving distance of Top Golf, grocery stores, Costco, Walmart, etc.
