We had a great stay and really enjoyed the home, even with the bad weather during our trip. The house was comfortable, well located, and gave our family a great place to relax after long days of exploring.Communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. Everything was clear, responses were quick, and we always felt like we had what we needed. The location was also perfect for getting around Flagstaff and making day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable home base in the area.

We had a great stay in Flag! The house was exactly as described and more. our kids and dog loved the place too! the back yard is great for hanging out in the hot tub or around the fire pit. the neighborhood is great for walking and super close to everything. peaceful & quiet at night, which we appreciate with small kids :) we had everything we needed in the kitchen and whole house! jeff is an extremely communicative host who is more than willing to help make your stay perfect. it was obvious he takes a lot of pride in his property! we would definitely rent this place again, the layout and location were great for us. thanks again!

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Fully fenced yard for the dog. The hot tub was a nice feature and was nice and clean. The property was close to downtown and restaurants or stores.

Excellent base camp for all the things flagstaff has to offer! Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, Lowell observatory, and easy access to the highways to get to the Grand Canyon. Would definitely book again when in Flagstaff. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s Flagstaff home. The location was perfect for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Page, and Williams. The home had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped for grilling or cooking inside. And of course, the hot tub was a hit on the cool Flagstaff evenings! Jeff was super attentive and ensured that every question was answered, while also offering numerous suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. Overall, a great stay!
