AVAIL 8-1 THRU DEC '25 AND & 4-1 to 12-31-26 AT LOW RATES! GOOD BALCONY VIEWS!
Must rent for 30 nights minimum. We appreciate longer term renters. Please don't split months during the high season of January through March.
Very quiet unit on the third floor w/ balcony near pool!
There is a nice view off the balcony of The Grand. Great place for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine!Two elevators take you there! One tenant must be at least 45 or older.
Wifi, cable and all utilities are furnished.
La Solana is the only condominium project in Del Webb's The Grand. LaSolana has it's own club house, heated pool and hot tub. Enjoy wonderful amenities and daily activities in onsite managed clubhouse. All of the amenities of The Grand are available at a cost: 4 golf courses, rec center, indoor and outdoor pools. Shopping, restaurants and medical facicilities are all close. Biking and walking trails are available within the community. Covered parking for one car is assigned. Guest parking is also available.
Condo has a large master bedroom with walk-in closet. A separate dining area seats 6. The laundry room is off the bathroom, equipped with a washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron. Living room has a high end queen-sized sofa sleeper. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen.
