Communication was great with owner. Inside was very clean but did not get to use patio because covered in spider webs and deck chairs had alage on them. Great location, close to many popular attractions !

We enjoyed our stay at Rushing Water. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to cook, relax and sleep comfortably. We had a tiny issue with cleaning and the owner responded super quickly and handled it immediately. We loved the location. It is very convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Having the water behind the condo was a pleasant treat to enjoy both in the mornings and evenings. We are looking forward to staying again in the future!!

Some amenities that was posted at the time didnt wasnt there. Elevator was down till the day before we checked out (with our elders that was hard ). And day 2 fire alarm wasset off by someone working there that was loud and unexpected. Room was clean, great location, great price. Definitely stay there again. The river view was everyones favorite

Unfortunately the elevator inspector did not show up on scheduled day; it was totally out of our control and for everyone’s safety It is up and working correctly now As far as the amenities; I did double check and yes some amenities was recently added without my knowledge and has now been corrected We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and it has never been brought to our attention We do strive for perfect reviews We do appreciate you saying the unit was clean and great location along with good value Thanks again

We had a wonderful family vacation! This unit was perfect for our family! We love the location, it is close by all shopping and restaurants. The best unit we have rented so far!
