Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, located in a quiet neighborhood in North Phoenix. This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with a private heated pool (heating optional) is located close to interstate 17 & Highway 101, which leads to Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.

Get a feel of Arizona's presence with a fully furnished cozy home with a kitchen that has all the essentials you need. Smart TV in the Living room and Master Bedroom. The private fully fenced backyard has a BBQ, Propane Fire Pit, 6 Chaise Lounge Chairs, Patio Swing, and Cornhole Board Game. Private pool is Self cleaning pool therefore there is no vacuum hose in pool getting in the way of swimming.

HEATED or COOLED POOL is OPTIONAL! Pool is heated per request at an additional charge per night. Message about the additional charge as it varies throughout the year. It takes at least up to 24 hours to heat the pool to comfortable water temperature (80-85 degrees). Need at least 24 hour notice. This option requires at least a 4 night stay. Pool only needs to be heated from November to March.

There is no fence around the swimming pool and no lifeguard on duty. Home is not recommended for kids under 12 years old. Swim at your own risk.

Cactuses and other plants with thorns are located around the house. Be cautious.
