Situated a couple of blocks away from Whole Foods and Safeway, this charmer is just a few short minutes to Airport Loop Trail Head, Sugar Loaf Trailhead, and only a 10-minute drive to downtown Sedona.

This property is fully furnished making it a great transition spot for someone moving, buying, building, or needing a spot to land here in Sedona.

This was one of my favorite places that I rented on VRBO. Very clean, neat, had everything we needed, was easy to get into and the location was superb! Close to Whole Foods and many restaurants in the area. We used the free Sedona shuttle to go to and from the hikes. The townhouse was quite and we had good night sleep. There are trails right in the neighborhood and we unintentionally walked into one which took us around the airport on the hill, which was absolutely beautiful! We went to the airport multiple times throughout our stay just to marvel at the views and watch the planes. Had a private planes tour one evening and it was pretty delightful! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Great location. Close to shopping center. Best gas station in town nearby. Numerous hikes nearby. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Bed very comfortable. We’d stay there again and we’re recommending this place to friends and family.

Perfect Spot!

The space was clean, quiet and centrally located to what we wanted to do. The pool was a great spot to hang out at on our down days. I would definitely look to stay here again if we find our way to Sedona again.

A Hidden Gem in Sedona

I probably shouldn’t write a review because I am giving away hidden gem in Sedona. The property is well situated in West Sedona is the access to all the things you wanna get to but none of the craziness of downtown Sedona. The house was very well appointed and nice and quiet.

Wonderful Location and Great Host

This property is always our first choice when visiting Sedona. It is a delightful space with lots of small touches and comfort. Perfectly located for accessing close by hiking trails. Amanda is a delight to communicate with. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect location, great neighborhood - especially for pets!

Our month long stay in Sedona was amazing.Our condo was more than pet friendly! A great neighborhood to walk/exercise our two dogs and also to enjoy the views.Condo was comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay.Close to restaurants, grocery stores, trails!We would definitely stay there again!

Cozy and Cute

This plac was perfect for exploring all the natural beauty the area has to offer. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was very nice and clean well stocked with everything we needed. Close to great hiking trails and shopping and eating. Garage was little tight pulling on and out. We were kinda disappointed in patio area it could use some TLV. Werds all.over aand stones were spars

The property was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed! The grill was nice and the pool was perfect in the hot summer heat! Our AC unit went out and the owner had it fixed right away. We will be back for sure!

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our one month stay at the property, it was super clean, well decorated and really equipped! The neighborhood is really quiet and safe, it's in West Sedona and close to everything.The pool area and the spa were a plus and absolutely delightful. The team was really attentive to our needs and responds really fast when we had questions. I really recommend staying with them for their customer service!

The stay was good. Some of instructions could be clearer. State the access (key) that is required for pool. Some creature in attic. sounded bigger than a mouse. Dropping nuts or something hard on drywall ceiling above front bedroom. They got someone out. Didn't here again.Thanks

Fantastic location!

This place gets 5 stars repeatedly and this review will fall in line with that! Absolutely stocked with everything you could need. Location location location! We walked everywhere!Coffee shop. GF dairy free bakery. Groceries and best of all hiking trails off of Shelby Ave and the little Sunset trail to the airport loop. Quiet, friendly and beautifully landscaped neighborhood. Furniture was comfortable. It really was just fantastic. Cute little park nearby.

The property was fantastic! The owners had so many amenities for travelers who flew to Sedona. Fully stocked kitchen to include coffee, coffee filters, spices, and everything needed in the kitchen. A small cooler, backpack and water containers. All bathroom amenities. Super clean with all of the extras.

Amanda and her property exceeded our expectations. She was a great host! Responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The property was spotless and well-stocked. Everything looks exactly as you can see in the pictures. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place and super well located; we would definitely stay here again!
